On Tuesday July 17th my family of 8 (4 kids 4 adults) pulled in to the empty drive through of this DD location and were met with the most bizarrely rude drive thru experience I have ever witnessed. The employee not only rushed us, asking us if we were done after every single item in the order, but exclaimed “Oh my God” in a condescending tone before handing the mic to another employee mid-order who proceeded to do the same. It was as if these employees had never taken an order for multiple people before. The first employee kept saying “hold on when you’re ready let me know” whenever the driver was just asking for the next persons order. Never had any drive thru experience quite like this.

I stopped at this location because it is literally across the street from my hair stylist. Not too busy and service was good. Unfortunately the taste of the green tea was horrible. I like iced green tea and this was subpar to say the least. However the coffee cake muffin was great. Full of flavor and fresh.

Best ice coffee i have had in a long time. I had my Maltese with me and the employee asked if I wanted a pup cup. My dog loved it.

Good for a quick bite when on-the-go. The food slightly picks up the hint of aerosol or surface cleaner, which somewhat lingers in the air, and I presume is used to sanitize the restaurant at night. Its kind of like that highly-frequented, convenience store tinge. However, it is prepared fresh and overall good quality. The drive-thru is definitely much faster and efficient than ordering inside so just keep that in mind. And of course, the coffee and doughnuts are good.

The staff has great energy. I am always treated well when I come here. The manager remembers me, and ask me how I’m doing. These kinds of things are wacky I like this location

The store manager is HORRIBLE. I believe his name is Naive (sp?) He stays on the phone, inconsiderate to customers and RUDE! Dunkin must be desperate to give this man such a title, he needs to go.

Very clean all around had the new grilled cheese sandwich, was impressed. Will be back again.

My first time at this dunkin. Love the beautiful woman that made everything worth it. I brought back my latte because it was a bit creamy, but she made it right without explanation. This is how you treat your customers; it allows us to want to come back. Never assume someone knows, always treat your customers like it’s their first experience. There’s potential, get the girl with the braids on board with how to treat your customers. She almost ruined the experience, but everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

The advertising on the order menu is deceptive.First of all, vegans can hardly find a menu to order breakfast items they can eat. In not fully vegan. I still eat fish and eggs, but everything is combined with meat and cheese, so it makes finding something for breakfast nearly impossible. So after two failures at BK - McNab Rd & McD on Commercial & University; I pull in to Dunkin on University near 44th Ave. (to bad I wasn't in Pembroke Pines because the BK there serves Impossible whoppers at any time of the day!Dunkin had no vegan sausage and offer me turkey. The woman waiting on people in the drive- thru sounds like she had the patience of a Saint (sarcastic) and sounded like she was bored and exasperated all at the same time. Imagine how she might warm up for the rest of the day if she came in with that attitude to start her shift. So I ask about the avocado toast. The picture shows 2 slices of toast with avocado, and something on top that looks like bacon bits, so naturally I had to ask what was on it. According to the online description, which I saw later, it's supposed to be tomatoes and everything bagel bits, but the woman tells me that it only comes with the everything bagel bits.Since it's the only thing I can order, I order the avocado toast. I'm expecting two slices because everything else on the menu matches exactly what's on the order screen, but after paying over $3 for it (online claims the price is $2.99, but I could swear their price said $3.98), I am driving out of the plaza only to discover I got 1 (one) piece of toast, contrary to what was advertised as that meal order on their menu board. It was good, but annoying that they made this deceptive so people would believe that they were receiving 2 slices of toast, like one would receive for any sandwich order. I mean, why would I want to pay almost $4 for one slice of toast, when I could get a whole bag of bread at that price; 2 if I catch a buy one get one sale at Publix, and slab on the avocado and everything bagel bits myself?

The employees needs to be more professional some days the customers are invisible they keep talking and laughing between us like they don't care about you.
