Went to use the drive thru and a red Buick was illegally parked at the entrance. When I went into the store, only one employee was working at the time. This employee illegally parked their car to avoid taking both drive thru and in store orders. Does the owner or leadership team know about this?Also when I went into the store, I waited some time to order because another employee arrived and the ONLY employee in the store LEFT THE BUILDING to move their car from the drive thru.Please staff your store properly to avoid inconveniences to your customers.Thank you.
I came and ordered a few items. After every item it was a rush saying "is that it"‽ With that order between the "is that its" I ordered 3 donuts. I was told to pull up and the SAME voice from the box gave me my total. I was only given 2 donuts. She said well the person who rung it up only charged me for 2. Ok, fine since she had a dual personality I asked for the third donut and personality 1 or 2 said I can't make orders at the window!!!! I asking for 1 donut but she can't charge me 67 cent or so for the donut one of her personalities missed?? Fine screw the donut and pulls of as she screams something out the window. I get home and look at my hash browns and they look like cold hashblacks!! How do you burn them without OIL!!! Never going back, don't recommend unless you want to go inside and check your bags!
My sister contacted me crying because the manager of this establishment verbally assaulted and made her a spectacle when their menu was down showing a black screen and she needed time to review it. I can only paraphrase some of what she told me because it was a lot but. I guess, something ticked him off prior because he then tells her that his other cars before her had no problem and was getting agitated telling her she needs to go. She pulls up to the window where he doesn’t open it and when he does he starts yelling at her that she needs to leave and starts yelling at the cars behind her that she won’t leave when all she was trying to do was get a name to file a customer service complaint. Check your cameras I’m sure you’ll find the interaction and I HOPE it has sounds to hear the horrible way he went about it. Shouldn’t be a manger much less in a customer service role. She has escalated the issue to Corporate because that behavior is not acceptable. Tall Caucasian manager.
My first time there since the remodel...it's nice inside...the employees was on point...of course my fav breakfast sandwich sausage and cheese croissant was good.
I stopped at this location two days ago. I purchased the bacon egg and cheese croissant. I took the first bite and by the time I swallowed I noticed that the center of the egg was gray. I did not finish it. That one bite has really made me sick. I’ve been home sick to my stomach. Be careful!
Way too much talking going on because they don’t notice little details like light ice or fully cooking the food they give out
Terrible service. Since new management, the store charges for everything, including condiments. The owner or manager is not friendly, and the staff is afraid to be excellent. I agree they needed a change in management, but not when it will impact their loyal customers.
I always had a good experience over there but, my only problem is they close the lobby as they please, sometimes at 10 am, 12. 1pm 3pm. .Most of the time for no apparent reason
Glad this place got a new face lift. New management and all. Because whew.. customer service was like teeth pull before. Donuts taste fresher. I’ll Deff be Back n Back why not? It’s right down the street from my office. Stop by! Treat YO self!!! Poetic Approved!
This bar far is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. The customer service is atrocious and the people are nasty. No consideration for human life whatsoever
