Nasty when to buy a Donut just now all kinds of insect and fly around them. Lucky that I went inside than used to drive thru?
I ordered, a avocado toast with roasted/toasted tomatoes. I got What looked like watery small tomato chunks that comes from the can that you buy at a supermarket. I buy avocado toast with tomatoes almost every single morning if I have time Before I go into work, and I have Never in my life seen Anything like that before. The response I got from the young lady who made it said that's all they got? So I definitely asked for a refund. And wasted my time. O yeah And this was my 2nd time at this location, comma the 1st time the gentleman at the window clearly looked like he didn't want to be there and clearly his service showed, and then today Was the 2nd time and definitely the last. But there was one guy in there that did apologize about the situation hes not the 1 that served me today or anything and the other lady that gave me my refund so They were very nice about it and apologetic.
Worst drive thru I have EVER been through. 20 minutes later as I was literally trapped in the line (there is no way to just pull out of it and leave) I was calling into work telling them I would be late because I was in a drive thru for almost half an hour. Craziness!!
Here I am again 4/22/22. I guess that I will take a break and make my own coffee and sandwiches for awhile. I have been averaging 15-20 min for a mobile (pre order). I can spend time at home and save money by doing it myself at this point.
This DD is a hard pass, bathrooms are locked and the cashier looked agitated because I asked for the key. In addition, I'm not sure if it is intentional, but they aren't returning your full change. However, the cup is completely full of tips which is hard to believe.
Workers are always nice, but can never get an order with more than 2 items correct. Today I ordered hummus toast.. and I opened the boxes I got avocado toast with tomatoes. Even my receipt said hummus...
Worst customer service ever! Cashier was rude! Gave us a creme filled donut when my daughter specifically asked for NO FILLING! 1 additional star because the employee who made our sandwiches prepared them to perfection!
One of my favorite places to have breakfast. Customer service is always good.
