Service is done by association or the buddy system, stood at the area designated to place orders and 2 people walked in after me and walk directly to the register and place their order. When asked why the manager on duty said because she didn't feel like walking over to where orders are supposed to be placed.... sounds more like convenience for employees not customers.
Their signs and the website says they close at 11pm Monday-Thursday and on Sunday they close at 10pm, but the store says they close on Sundays and close at 10pm Monday-Thursday.

Poor service, never have a full menu, rude, expensive and small portions, especially of meat and salad. You are basically paying way too much for a plate of rice and gravy, and to be yelled at. Never going back.
