The owner , is the woman that answered the phone , I asked about the price of a 6 piece chicken special , she say no we don’t have that, and I told her I used to buy this special, she says NO and hung up the phone on the me while I was still interested in buying the wings for whatever price it was . I called back and I told her why did you hang up on me? Informed her that what she did was really rude , I also added I’m a customer of yours for years. I would walk in and placed my orders with you . She doesn’t care who I am, she says you don’t know what you want and continued to yell and scream at me over the phone.She has zero customer service skills in person and over the phone .How are you running a business and scream and yell at customers over the phone like, You are giving the food away! I am a paying customer .I had enough of her verbal abuse and rude behavior! I’m done
I've eaten here a few times tried various combos it was all delicious.
I never do review but I took my time out to do this one. First time I ever called to order. I ask the lady what flavor of wings they have. First answer she said I have to know what I want to eat in a VERY RUDE WAY. Then she said hold put the phone down. I can hear her in the background saying people are difficult huh EXCUSE ME ??? Then she hung up on me didn’t even take my order. I didn’t called to get free food you know. If it’s not for customers they wouldn’t be open. So advice be nice. But the way I wish I could give — instead of 1 star.
The lady who pick up the phone is very rude. She needs to learn how to talk to people . Just because of her bad attitude end up going to dragon village very clean and professional . Never again
The lady in tge front front is rude I got chicken wings and supposed to be fried the food had no taste the food use to be good there
Ordered the boneless ribs and pork fried rice. Taste was good and fresh. Had the hot and sour soup as well. Pretty good. Will order again.

Customer service is non existent. It also does not appear that the restaurant is regularly/properly cleaned. Very poor standards and the the lady at the front who answers the phone cannot bring herself to even pretend like she cares about customers, her attitude is horrible. The food was ok but I'll stick to Panda Express. I cannot trust that my food is being prepared in a sanitary environment at China Gourmet
Eggrolls are terrific. Food is seasoned well and fresh. Lo mein, chow mein, egg foo young and Kung po chicken great.
Lady is VERY RUDE . lucky there is no corporate to call . It’s okay ,She will reap why she sows . Never getting my business EVER AGAIN . I’m sure I’m not the only one .. Nor will I be the last one with her dirty nasty behind attitude . In the area and want Asian food ? better service and better presentation? No wait time ? Go to DRAGON VILLAGE right down the street .LITERALLY 5 min away . AMAZING SERVICE , AMAZING FOOD. QUALITY IS WAY better . You’ll walk out happy ?? . Not bothered DISGUSTED-and annoyed but some Old chick that doesn’t know the definition of customer service . Deserved to get food tossed in her old ,grumpy behind face just as she tossed the utensils and sauces to me and my boyfriend whom waited quietly and patiently
