Legitimately the worse service. The managers allowed complete disrespectful people to work the night shift. Speaker doesn’t work. The person at the window had such an entitlement attitude…… I pulled away because I know for a fact I would have had spit added as a side dish. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonalds. The fries are not worth that disrespectful attitude.
This place sucks No one answers the phone. When you get there you wait ridiculously long. Lucky if you even get your food semi-warm it is disgusting to not waste your money here
Waited in line forever!!! Like 30 min, they only had 1 worker i think, she was not happy. Burger was great fries were horrible
waited for them to take an order and finally drove to window and waited again just for them to tell is they were doing shift change. Tried again a week later again waited 18 minutes 2 cars ahead of us finally voice says order at window we pull up place order when she then takes the car behind ours at the intercom. Took almost a half hour to get our lunch. Hot dog was over cooked.
Staff was very polite and friendly. Missing dipping sauces and portions seemed really small for the price. Chicken tenders were not fresh really dry and the fries were soggy. Maybe bad timing will try again........I appreciate the response from the restaurant very great to see that the higher-ups are committed to the reviews that come through. I definitely will give it another chance
I think it is the worst attention in any fast food restaurant, luckily there is always an app you can order and just go to wait your order. But, don't you ever dare try to make an order on-site, you will get yelled at so much, your hunger will fade away.
The food was good but the overall customer service needs alot of work. I didn't get my receipt until I asked and the worker crumpled it up. They took way to long with my credit card which made me feel uncomfortable. I've worked in the fast food industry for a long time so I no the ins and outs. Please work on the customer service at this store.
Absolute work fast food experience of my life. Literally ONE HOUR in line. THREE staff members working on a Saturday night-are you kidding me? They need more staff immediately. Food was made wrong twice. This restaurant has severely gone downhill since I was a kid and needs a new manager because it is inefficient, understaffed, orders are coming out wrong, and it wasn’t even good quality. Would not return late night under ANY circumstances until HUGE changes are made.
This place is the worst Checkers out there. Go anywhere else it is better to go hungry then to go here. Takes forever to get your order then the order is wrong and cold. I will never go here again one time is bad a second time that is it never again. I thought the Sonic up the street was bad
Im sorry but this is not best fast food place to be in. They have not so edible burgers. The only thing that i can actually be able to digest is their fries, that, i cant argue with. I went there to get some ice cream and they said they didn’t have any. But when i asked for a milkshake they, handed it over. like how have no ice cream but milkshakes. Can someone explain? Honestly, I wouldn’t go here again. Just my opinion. I do not like their food.
