Love the wings and sweet tea, but sad they removed the only side I liked, fried mushrooms. Still will go just not weekly anymore. This made me find another wing restaurant that has sides I really like and the wings are good and the price was a little less expensive as well. Zaxby's stop removing items and taking away options, your losing customers. The menu is slowly disappearing.
I have always loved Zaxby's.I tried their cobsalad for the first time and oh boy it's my favorite salad. Also love their chicken finger dinner. Infact I went ahead and got me something for lunch the next day. Looking forward to going back again.
RAW CHICKEN!!!!!! How can you cut chicken for a salad and not notice that you are cutting raw chicken?What would happen if I would have eaten this and ended up in the hospital salmonella poisoning?Some little girl at the window taking orders that can’t even speak an audible sentence and the manager too busy sweeping the floor trying to make sure he doesn’t work a minute past closing time. If I was the own I would fire them all. Hire people that actually know when food is cooked, I’m sure they have a thermometer if your too blind to see translucent raw chicken.
Zaxby's Cobb salad is $10 but it is definitely worth it. It is always good and you will be full after you eat this full size salad ?
I am not one to post negative reviews, but after my experience at this establishment it is much needed. I went to this store on 4/25/22 the drive thru customer service was horrendous. The girl taking my order was so rude and would not even let me convey my order to her without cutting me off to “speak to a co-worker.” Then when she read my order back it was completely wrong and they told me to just go to the next window. Then when I get to the window I very politely explained that I didn’t appreciate the customer service and after receiving my food they tossed my 6 finger platter in insane sauce instead of Wimpy and burned my my entire mouth and blistered it. It clearly stated on the receipt wimpy. I returned my order explaining my issue with the order and the shift manager stated she was sorry that someone put Insane Sauce in the Wimpy bottle. This could have been a fatal mistake to someone that has allergies. I honestly would not recommend this location to absolutely anyone. The staff could care less about the customers and the Management does not have any compassion or sympathy when they know it was their mistake. They just deflect the issue back on the customer and give you your money back. Beware!
I do not recommend. I ordered the boneless wings with the tongue torch sauce & the wings tasted as if they had been sitting out overnight & they were cold.. the fries were fresh & hot but they need to better with the wings
The people that work at this Ulmerton Rd location are incompetent! If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERY SINGLE TIME we go here our order is wrong or missing something!!!! We keep going simply because we love the food when it’s prepared correctly but we ALWAYS have to check and if we don’t EVERY TIME the order is wrong smh Managers have no customer service either, no wonder why the workers don’t care. They need new leadership at this location who holds people accountable.
But the people that work there are something else..seems no one can count to 6..they stop at 4 tenders..sometimes u get all ur order sometimes u dont..the tea was so thick and cloudy worst drink i ever had from there...i order unsweet tea..well that is a joke..i always have to come back because ..they cant read a order so i get sweet...the fingers get smaller and smaller and the price goes up and up
First off, we LOVE Zaxby's ! We don't have them in Ohio so whenever we travel south we make it a point to go. We were in the area for 7 days and went to this location twice. Restaurant is clean, service is great and food is amazing.
told me they were out of fries and couldnt make chicken because of that reason, but when asked they were to busy with 5 workers and 2 cars at the restaurant, learn to drop some chicken. popeyes dont lie to their customers?
