Came here a few days ago and got the chicken lol mein and egg drop soup...I was very pleased with the outcome...I only wish you guys had a more consistent delivery driver... I would like to try more of your food... Soon... Thanks again William for your kindness and good food!
One man show. The man makes me Mongolian beef extra meet with a smile every time. I was reading some of the reviews yeah inflation sucks for everyone don’t attack the small business owner.
OMG. Not sure where to start, except after 15 years of vacationing in Floŕida, this was our worst dining experience. To start with, there was a big stack of of paper placemats with menus on the counter where we could order our selections. So, my wife & I ordered combo plates and sat at a table. Shortly afterwards, our food was ready and served on Styrofoam plates with a plastic fork and spoon. Our wanton soup was awful, some kind of heated up liquid with a few under cooked noodles. My wife asked for a knife so that she could cut thru the noodles, but was told there were no knives, so she didn't even eat it. Then came the dry, tasteless, egg rolls....and of course, there was no plum sauce. The rest of the dinner was equally exciting. Upon checkout, we questioned why our bill was so high and were told that the menus were old and that they had had to order 1000's of them years ago, but prices had gone up since then. After trying to speak English with the owner, we left, never to return, not even for a "free" meal. Stay away from this place, but if not, remember to bring a knife. By the way, the parking is free, LOL.
Wok N Roll served up the worst Moo Shu I've had in years. The guy there overcharged me $3 and later pointed to a small sign on the opposite end of the counter that said... Due to increased cost .....Well this does not mean you can make up prices.I wasn't shown this sign or told my meal was $3 more than the menu says. Not one menu in the place has correct prices for customers. He was extremely rude when called on it and told me to call whoever. There is no excuse for crooked behavior though he went into a big story about gas prices changing at the pump as if to justify his behavior. I can understand needing price increases but not through dishonesty.I would not only not recommend this awful place, I would give Wok N Roll zero stars if I could.I suggest researching any restaurants before hand which is what I will be doing from now on. If I had read just a few of these reviews it would have saved me a horrible meal and unpleasant experience altogether.
The only thing is that its close to house , other than that I would never order from Wok and Roll ever again....1 Yr ago it was good definitely went downhill fast. And sometimes two beef I don't even know if it's beef of course broccoli broccoli. But the wonton soup taste like water and plastic. I usually don't write bad reviews but this one I'm going to have to because I don't think it is healthy for anybody to get sick from this....
This place is disgusting we ordered $70 of food and the chicken was spoiled I then called to get my money back he hung up on me so I went up there and he refused to give me my money back and made me keep the food we had to call the police and still they could not do nothing this man is rude the place is disgusting and he cooks without washing his hands hour using gloves I do not recommend this place do not eat here and you will not get your money back
DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! Not only is this the worst Chinese food I've ever had, this is the worst food I've ever had in general. My husband and I ordered the crab Rangoon, steamed dumpling, and split a small hunan chicken. Came out to $25 which seemed over priced because the menu is wrong apparently. The dumplings tasted FOUL and the wrapper was WAY too thick. I took one bite and spit it out. The Rangoons were burnt and had pretty much no filling. The hunan chicken had this weird, awful flavor to it too. The only thing even slightly edible was the rangoon. Don't waste your money here there is a much better place just a bit down the road on Westbay. They have better quality and prices we should have gone there instead. I just hope we don't get sick!!
Unfortunately I must say we spent over $40 on food that was not good. Barely any meat in the meals and the egg rolls were so old that we could not eat them. We actually threw the food out and did not save it for leftovers.
Check your receipts! Buyer beware!! They charger 40% higher than printed on menu. Answer pointed to a 3 x 5 sign on wall prices are higher than menu said sorry. That was over $20 for dinner and soup. Sorry.
It’s a one man show apparently! He was working his tail off taking care of customers tonight all on his own AND HAD THE BEST ATTITUDE! We waited quite a bit but I tell you it was so worth it. The food was perfect and we tipped him more than our entire meal costed just for his stellar attitude and service despite being slammed and alone. We sure hope people support his small business and he can hire good help soon. This was delicious and we can’t wait to go back!
