The absolute worst wings I have ever had ordered 10 piece garlic parm. Togo what mistake open box and looked like pieces they pick up off the floor and breaded . Horrible food. Threw it in the trash.

First time here everything was fresh the loaded fries and Cajun corn are amazing sides. Got the garlic lemon wings and some Cajun wings have to say best wings around

Decided to give this place another shot after the last horrific encounter we had… the owner and corporate did reach out to me and make it right I will say this. Tonight my husband and I have this place another shot; I’m glad we did. Immediately after walking in we were greeted warmly by the cashier who was very helpful and extremely sweet. The guys on the line were also courteous and you could tell everyone enjoyed working with each other and making sure the customer is taken care of. The store was clean, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was exactly what I’m used to; a casual eatery where you can enjoy cutting up with the employees. Keep up the good work guys!

The wings were really good! The service handlers were very friendly and it came to the table quickly. Dare I say it was better then Buffalo Wild Wings wings.

We enjoy the wings here because of the variety & portion sizes. Now, here's what I found interesting. The gal tells us there is ketchup over where the lids, etc. are. I go get some. 2 spits came out. I told the gentleman employee, who was sitting in a booth scrolling on his phone, that there's no ketchup in the container. He says he didn't even know it was there. He gave me some packets. I ask, if you are the owner/manager, don't you show your employees where things like this are so they can be kept stocked with product? ?

This is my second time coming here... fresh food, convivial employees and environment. I highly recommend anyone that love wings and fries TANTALIZING.... THEY'RE CORN IS REALLY GOOD AS WELL . THANKS AGAIN

Every time I come here the employees are rude and always hang up their phones. The first time I came here they didn't give us enough wings and only gave us 1 fry even though we paid for 2 combos. They gave us 1 FRY AGAIN for 2 combos which is messed up because we PAID FOR 2 AGAIN. Get better employees because I will take this to corporate ?

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I go to this place, I’m never proven wrong. I called up there tonight to get clarification on some food that i’d ordered and why it wasn’t what I paid for. The young girl/lady appeared to be frustrated and hung up on me. I then drove there because again, I paid my hard earned money for something I didn’t get. This young lady had the worst attitude and I just can’t continue to go there anymore and pay my money for someone to treat me the way they treat their customers. This is just one story. The customer service is always horrible.

Everything was amazing. Went on 2/18 at around 1130 to pick up an order. All the employees were laughing and having a good time. The manager was a very funny guy and made the trip to Pick up just an online order a whole experience hahaha. Give everyone there a raise they are doing a great job, came in late as hell and the food was still amazing. Having a happy kitchen is key to good food. Also u guys should start leaving a place online where we can leave cc tips. Or be able to charge my card a tip amount for the workers.

Arrived 40 minutes prior to scheduled closing.The cashier at the register was delightful and kind; however staff behind the counter on their phone enforced that they were no longer taking orders.I can appreciate that sentiment when it is 10/15 min prior to closing but not when it’s 40 min. If the intention is to no longer serve food past 11 then the doors should be locked, the cashier should be informed and the hours should be updated.
