I ordered a pizza through door dash on 04/7/2022 and when I received the pizza an hour later, the delivery driver was very rude and ran off with my $20 bill when I asked for $5.00 and he could keep the $15.00. But instead he kept the $20.00. Then when I opened the pizza, the pizza was "burnt and so hard I couldn't eat the pizza. I tried to call the store several times to complain about this $30 Pizza "but can't reach the manager by phone. I don't own a vehicle and depend on food delivery. I would never order a pizza from Westshore Pizza or this store again!!!
So cheap you have to pay extra for marinara with mozzarella sticks. Even better they forgot it anyway! Maybe if employees weren’t as baked as the pizza they might get their act together!
Never again ordered 18 inch pizza. And stromboli they both were horrible. Don't order from here. Quality of food is horrible.
Wasn't real happy about the time it took to get my food when we ordered online and had to tell the girl behind the counter what my order was twice.
Food arrived 30 min late and cold the last few times I have order from this location. But in the end we called the manager and they were ready to make it right. Thank you

Very rude will visit the manager of this place. I will give 0 stars. Who hangs up on a customer? I know what a white special pizza is and repeated it to the girl on the phone. And said with tomatoes and spinach. They chose to hang up on me.. Order all the time from the Addison apartments between me and friends. Have ordered from here since i lived on Starkey. But never again and neither will anybody around here.
Always loved the cheesesteak but this one was sooo dry and they must have forgotten the cheese!!!!
