** Edit to my post** Chris the manager reached out to me and offered to make things right. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that Chris showed to me. I do understand that unforseen instances happen and the time he took to make things right with me has made me up my stars. Will give them a do over in the future.Ordered a pizza, garlic knots, and fries. We're over an hour into this delivery and still no food. Ordered at 853 pm, it's currently 1017 pm. First time ordering from this place and im not impressed. Called around 10 and the lady at the front said that it's on its way. The place is 6 mins away.
So for 5 years I ordered from this place...and it just went downhill.....I ordered a pizza with 3....yes 3 ingredients.. a margerita pizza....it was wrong ...and when you order a cheese steak with extra veggies it ends up costing $17.00..... so after 7 months I tried one more time.....I spoke to a woman first and then was transferred to a man that said oh I cant hear you...can you call back....we cant hear you...SO they clearly dont value thier customers.This is poor customer service and when you give them $150 dollars a month....that adds up.... but they suck that bad....dont bother

Great lunch deal. 6 bucks for 2 slices and a drink. Good pizza and pepsi products.
This is far from ny pizza in New York our pizza is never cooked on a screen and little more sauce the cheese on it is low end definitely not high end
Usually I won't give five stars. I am more a 4 star person. This is not a date night spot. But the service was polite and all the staff was welcoming . If you are looking for a calzone from a mom and pop pizza place, look no further!. The service was quick and the meat lover calzone was amazing! They even cut my calzone in half at my request. My husband works really hard and needed a solid meal. I was surprized to see how big the calzone was and the quality of it was unmatched. We will be going there again soon!
Update#2: I have changed my review from a 2 to a 5 stars after giving them another try after speaking with the owner Chris.We ordered the same pizza for delivery and it was made properly. It was delicious hot tasty full of flavor and meaty. The thin crust was on point and even with all the toppings it was not soggy. Yeahhhhh. I'm glad I gave them the opportunity for a redo. I was not disappointed. We will be back. Thank you again Chris.UPDATED: I was shocked in a good way and impressed with Chris the owner he called me this morning about my issue. We talked for 10 minutes and was very pleasant and empathetic straight forward conversation. You don't usually get that these days. Chris offered a refund ora redo. I was not looking for this.. He was right it was an oversight by the kitchen then by me when I read the receipt last night. I would have called immediately if I had read it correctly. I am truly sorry. I chose a redo since like I said the pizza wasn't bad just not what I ordered. I will try them again this week and update and give a new review. Just wanted people to see that are reading this how Chris is a upstanding business owner and cares about his business, his service, his customes new or old. Thank you Chris for reaching out..First time ordering from here after hearing how good the pizza is, we had guest over so let's give it a try. I will say that the pizza thin crust and sauce was very good. The problem obviously happened on my call in. The gentleman that answered was very pleasant and helpful with my questions last evening. I ordered a 18" thin crust meat eaters ( my bad I think I said meat lovers) with onions and mushrooms added. When it was delivered in the time frame by a very nice young man the aroma was so good we couldn't wait to set it out to eat but on opening the box the was no meat just a lot of onions and a little bit of mushroom. I was ready to call when I looked at the receipt and no meat was listed well that explains it. I was bummed about the order after paying almost 29.00 for basically a onion pizza. If you like a straight up onion pizza it was good and tasty but not worth 29.00. Just disappointed
I was that last minute customer. From the minute.i stepped in. Was greeted with a smile and willingness to make a pizza. I've eaten at multiple locations from this company and the food is nothing but top-quality. Brooke and Stephen were more than accommodating. Nicole and Chris should be proud of both of them. The food was amazing oh, the service was amazing. I definitely will be returning again
The food has been horrible. This place must be under new management and cooks that can’t even make French fries right. I feel bad for the delivery drivers. Never order again
Great first experience with food and delivery. Delicious pizza and enormous Stromboli. Delivery within 5 mins of estimate time.
