Waited in the drive thru seemed like for ever only three cars in front of me. Then get my food drive off no meat on the sandwich. All doors are locked and had to wait 20mins back in the drive thru to get it fixed.
The girl working the drive thru was absolutely terrible if she wouldnt have been laughing and goofing off with her coworkers she may have gotten my order correct and wouldn't have forgotten part of my order. We were rushed out of the drive thru. The manager Patrick was absolutely awesome very friendly and understanding and he did everything to make it up to us.
Kudos to the crew on today at 1530 hrs. Meal was spot on. All interactions were pleasant. Life is no longer as we knew it unfortunately. Be patient, be kind, be understanding.
We were told to use the drive through because the counter girl was on break! Five more came in after us and were told the same thing. Business lost. Ridiculous!
Asked for fresh made chicken and it was like leather. I know it's a hard job but if you're willing to park and wait I don't know why they won't accommodate. Was definitely not fresh because when I got to the window she handed it to me. I asked if this was freshly made and I got a eye roll and a yeah...... Do better Wendy's
One of the go-to places for my husband. They've changed their menu though and now the 4for4 isn't as good a value as it was for him. He would have to purchase the biggie bag for $1 more and that annoys him. But still it's a good value for usually a hot fresh burger by comparison to other places.
My son and I love the food here, in particular the fries! We also paid the $1 to $2 that it was to get the frosty mini keychain; that gets you a free child-size Frosty and that was a fantastic deal as it lasts for one year. I can only think of one time that I ever had an issue here and it's probably my fault because I went very late and by the time I got home the fries were kind of cold so I just threw them in the microwave for a minute. So that is really good! Especially since I have been coming to this location for the 31 years that I have lived in my house thus far.The service is always fast and with a smile and we really appreciate our Wendy's :-)
First time having Wendys Breakfast it tasted good. Drive on by McDonalds and find the nearest Wendys. It actually tastes like food
