Every time I come here they are respectful and quick. I have drove by another Wendy's to come to this one. Today they had to deal with a major Karen who was holding up the line, but they still apologized for the wait when we got up to the window. Just an absolutely incredible team you have here and Wendy's should be very proud of this restaurant!
Went here with my husband and the girls bathroom was locked. So I ended wanting to use the mens restroom and it was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in. The employees were very "blah" attitude about there job. My husband and I ordered our food Sat down and then the employees though they would openly discuss the nasty bathroom in ear shot of us trying to eat our food. Needless to say I wanted to just yell at these employees about how rude they were being.We left upset. Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's.
Order taker didn't listen ,got the Jr Bacon Cheesesburger meals. No bacon? Had to be added after. He argued with me. I know what I ordered. Supposed to be 5$ each. He said $4.00 each. I began with " I need 3 $5.00 Jr Bacon CB meals". Can't get good help these days I guess. Disappointed.
Please don’t waste your money. The young girl at the window decided to pretend that the “system crashed” ten minutes before closing. We were so hungry from driving. It was a clever move on her part. Hopefully she’s not a manager.
Everything is always soggy and never right. I orderd a 4 for 4 meal my hamburger was disgustingly soggy along with my cold fries and not to mention the lettus on my burger was no bigger than a quarter and spoiled my chicken nuggets only had 2 in them I really refrain from going to this location at all costs I'd rather go out of my way to another Wendy's than to go to this one.
I was impressed by the staff who were very courteous and accommodating. The dining room was clean and the booth we sat in had been recently sanitized. The prices, paired with the rewards app, and frosty keychain helped us feast on a budget.
Jay told me to leave a review, him and his wife gave exemplary service! The managers should give them a raise! Team Jay all the way! Not to mention Jay had just cleaned the table for me before I sat down and had a lovely conversation with me like he genuinely cared...

The " Manager" on duty last night has absolutely no business being in the customer service businesses!! When I found that they had miss made my order which wasn't a difficult order I went back and informed them of this and requested that they remake my food. They refused and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told " I am one now leave"! I used to work at a Wendy's and this was definitely a disappointing experience.
For whatebet reason the employees kept coming to the register then running away. After the third time I went to McDonald's who were happy to serve me lunch. Terrible customer service and very dirty. Also watched an employee in use the toilet go back to serving fries at the drive thru and never washed his hands. Good luck to all that eat there.
