The staff is wonderful and the food delicious, everything was cooked to our specific specifications. Our waitress unfortunately I can't remember her name but she's an older lady probably 4'10" remembered us from last year which is awesome since we're only in the area for a week every July.
They had very good breakfast. Similar to IHOP, but better in my opinion. They had very good service as well. We stopped there during our departure from our clearwater / Indian rocks beach vacation.
Been going to this Village in for many years. We truly enjoyed the Friday fish fry all-you-can-eat. Went tonight, they have changed the fish and it was absolutely horrible. The fish was under cooked, precut pieces that look like they came out of an assembly line. Tasteless and bland. I Don't know if they're trying to save money or thought they were saving time but it was a very very bad mistake. I will not be going back for Friday fish fry. Truly disappointed.
Thursday, not busy. Super friendly server. Got the special of the day, beef pot pie and soup. Soup was good but it was more of a taste than a cup. So small. Pot pie had just the top crust like most places. I prefer the more like a pie type of pot pie. Tasted good though. French silk pie for dessert, it was good but rich, basic pie crust. Decent price for lunch.
First time in Florida for two and a half years, so had to have breakfast out on our first morning at one of our favourite places. Always a warm and genuine welcome. The menu has all our favourites plus some new combinations and deals. Good coffee and orange juice - obviously. Prices are competitive and quality of food is high - all expertly cooked. We'll be back before return to the UK and will buy a pie to eat before we go. Totally recommended.

I used to REALLY like this place, but it seems that the quality of food isn't what it used to be a few years ago. I won't give up on Village Inn. Maybe the cook was having a bad day. The waitress was awesome though!
If your looking for a restaurant family oriented this is the place. Very affordable meals. Friendly wait staff. I had liver and onions and it was good. others in the party had different meals and all said it was good.
Sat outside and service was great. Food come quick and was delicious. We lucked out and came on a Wednesday...which was Free Pie Day! Make this your go to restaurant!
So me and my family always love eating here. But sadly tonight wasn't the best. My sister ordered pancakes and the pancakes was raw still. My mother corn beef hash have a date paper in it. And my patty melt was half half cook on the bread. The manager was so kind and helpful and such. But I'm still have to give this a 2 star on the food..
