This place was instantly my favorite cuban joint I've been to down here. The atmosphere was right on and then the food was amazing. The bread was incredible. There were 3 of us and we each ate something different and loved everything we got. You gotta check this place out! Next time I'll take pics.
You know what they say about them hole I'm the wall family restaurants... well this is one of them. We had a Cuban and the special Media Noche with a potato ball. The sandwiches were AMAZING!! Absolutely deeeeeelicious. The prices were not only reasonable, they were CHEAP. We will be back. Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆
Excellent customer service! I just try Cuban combo : Cuban sandwich with Caldo Gallego. The caldo gallego was good but with a lot of potatoes and the Cuban was terrible , poor quality ham , American cheese and no pork. I will not repeat this place !
The food tasted good but it was a very small portion to my likes. I got a mango milk shake that was really good. The place its kind of outdated. The only thing I didn't like was that all sandwiches were in a plastic container out of a refrigerator. Meats and cheese should be refrigerated to my understanding.
This authentic Cuban Restaurant in our opinion is the best in the area.It has been in the same location for a few decades to cater to locals & tourists. The menu is basic Cuban food with the flair of Cuba.
I think the owner was at the front counter. She was really nice. The food was good and they were pretty fast for it being busy.
Very nice place for have Cuban Lunch.I repeat again. Thanks
I’m a big fan of Cuban style foods, especially Cuban sandwiches. This was my first time eating here. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onions. All I got was extra ham and only 1 slice of store bought deli meat. I ate ham and cheese. Not worth the money.
We ordered the 9" Cuban Sandwich to share. The staff was very pleasant and cordial. However, the sandwich was very disappointing. The Bread was very good, but the sandwich was not pressed. It was "warmed" on a press and the bread was toasted, but the meat inside was very cold still. The sandwich was all processed ham with only a single slice of salami and a single small pickle. This used to be a favorite place when I worked in this area years ago, it's very surprising to see how far it's fallen.
I absolutely love cuban sandwiches HOWEVER when you brand yourself as a place that has "Tampa Style Cubans" I am EXPECTING for a TAMPA CUBAN I bought 3 large Cubans and asked for no mayo or mustard on one of them .... the biggest disappointment is when you buy something that's supposed to be a cuban sandwich an its a dam ham an cheese sandwich not only was I extremely disappointed by the food I got charged $28.00!!! I can drive to Tampa an get 3 REAL cuban sandwiches for under $20.00 which is exactly what I'm doing next time never again with this place how can you make a so called "cuban" with nothing else just ham an cheese very disappointing never again sorry ??♀️
