Visited on a Friday evening. Drive through service only. Be prepared to wait. Food was typical Taco Bell food. Drive through attendant was polite and courteous.
Food came out very quickly, the young girl at the window was very efficient and it helped out that she spoke Spanish. Keep hiring people that are bilingual and go the extra mile to help people.
When I drove back to get my meal corrected lady still gave me wrong box meal and with attitude. Customer service is a dying art
Very short staff, extremely long wait times, no one working the register. I've officially given up on taco bell. The franchisee and corporate should be ashamed.
Food was prepared horribly. I would rather wait a couple more minutes vs getting something completely thrown together.
Apparently they don't believe in cashiers at this location because we had to use the order screen and place our own order and then it took almost 30 minutes to get six people. Their food I feel like this location could use either better management or retrain crew
Worst Taco Bell to date. The franchisee that owns this location is so dumb they leave the auto recording running even when they're closed and you never know in the morning when they will actually be open. Sad story of a bad business man who doesn't do things right BECAUSE he has MONEY and doesn't really car about customers.
Quick service. Hot food and smiling team. Taco Bell menu is always affordable and delicious
Asked for black beans substitute and it was poorly executed. Nothing had them. But the drive through cashier was very attentive and comprising.
The service was very slow. Breakfast burrito was good, just took forever to get.
