Worst Subway Experience.Just one guy working. When I went to pick up the subs, he was still taking in person orders. After serving two people he said, he had been busy with the orders. And then he said, he doesn't have the ingredients. And then he said he can't cancel the order. He doesn't know how to, because he's new.Frustratingly soft spoken, couldn't hear him worth a dime.Did I mention the guy was slow like a sloth?
The guy at the counter was really patient with me ordering my stuff. He took his time with making my order and was very friendly. This location, despite being in a gas station was very clean and inviting.
They don’t deserve even 1 star. The worst ever! Never get my order right even though I -every time- add to my online order how I need my order but never happened. They never look at your order carefully. Definitely will never go there again. This area has a way better restaurants of all kind of food and even at lower prices.
As Subways go, this one was very quick and efficient. Great stop off on the way home from the busy Bryan Dairy construction traffic.
This subway has never been great but today I placed an order online for 6:55pm, as I only have 30 minutes for lunch preordering is very helpful. I arrived at 7:05, my food was not ready or even out of the oven/toaster. The employee there pulled my order out of the oven and dropped it on the floor, I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and accidents happen, however, this woman turned to the customer she was currently helping and said “oh well, all the rest are frozen, they’ll just have to get a refund” watching it all happen I asked her if it was my order and she said yes, I asked if I could just replace it to which with a nasty attitude she replied if I wanted something I would need to get in the back of the line which now had 4 people in it because she’s busy. She also tried to hand me my receipt because she didn’t know how to do a refund for an online order and I would have to figure it out. Worst worst place and I will never go there again, sadly since it’s the closest place to work.

Mostley friendly staff . last visit person wasn't at all friendly but did his job i guess made an ok sandwich its nice when you polite you get treated the same way
This place was packed but they stepped up and had us out the door in like 5 mins
