There was oy one girl working, the bread was stale and cookies were old. She was left with very limited supplies. The young lady working was very nice but the food was terrible and options were very scarce.

Do not go to this subway. The worker there is rude, and obviously hates her life and takes her frustration out on customers. I have never been treated with disrespect at the level I was today. Cooperate will be getting a letter about this subways ethics and customer service

I had a coupon they said they would not accept it. They told me they would honor only a 5 dollar off coupon that I did not have so go home and get it. I will never shop there again. I believe they are going under. I have noticed they are lowering their quality I could hardly find the meat.

I ordered 2 meals (2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks) Didn't receive second bag of chips or drink. My sandwich barely had any meat on it. I tried to call and got a machine. My husband went back to get them and was told they were not on the receipt. I am looking directly at the receipt and clearly see I ordered 2 of each and didn't receive them. My husband wasted more gas to go back and got no results! I will drive a couple more blocks to Ulmerton Road or even Missouri Ave, let's see if they do better. They certainly can't do any worse.

I love Subway! BUT... All Subways are not the same. I remember after the 2nd visit, I wasn't going to Subway at Walmart Little and 54 ever again.A. Don't take Subway Internet deals2. Very rude, either has trouble understanding English or more likely spent all the after asking what I wanted, kept talking and correcting her employ, but had to ask me over and over what I wanted3. When I paid, tipped, and ask her to have a great night, no response other than an evil stare.4. Maybe after twice, I will remember when I can't Subway app order.5. Since almost all others have taken Subway deals and are always good experiences, I hope you find yours to be better than this store.

This guys is a jack a**. I asked if he liked his job. He said yea and through his air pod down as I had to asked a few times to put extra of something or whatever and he was throwing it in there. Yea definitely done with this subway!!!

Another great experience. Went in to pick up the family some subs. The guy working the counter got my order done very quickly and asked all the right questions. Food was amazing and I had leftovers the next day. Really surprised it was so good.

These must be franchise. No meat on the sandwich. Out of cups because of a supply shortage told it’s the customers problem and we have to pay for large now. We usually go to the one by Wendy’s up the road and will continue to do so, hopefully another owner. Waste of money here.

So, Neal is the owner of this location and I can thank him for my worst experience ever in a place of business. I ordered an online pick up and receive confirmation from subway. I show up at noon (as instructed) only to be told he doesn’t see my order. I advise Neal that I have an order number , payment verification number, etc., as I’m expecting him to take this information and locate the missing order. He doesn’t do anything to help and advises me to order again. After letting him know I don’t wish to be charged twice, he just goes about his business. At this point I’m still hoping he will take my confirmations and make my sandwich. Nope, Neal just continued to make more online orders and help walk ins.. I stood there until Being told I wasn’t getting any sandwich or help with a refund. There’s no phone service to contact so I’m now Stuck with online bs to get a petty $8 returned. oh and I have NO sandwich. Neal is a Jack a*s, respectfully.

The owner was very friendly, has great customer service and everything is fresh and taste delicious!
