I have been going to this subway for years now since I started high school. I have seen a lot of people come and go. I wont be back to this subway. the food was good it was the service most of all. No one working there seems happy to be there ay all. I would be happy with just small talk or even a smile. I will drive over 15 mins away when I want subway. Please just try and smile more and be more friendly.
Stood in line for 10 minutes and realized the servers were so slow it would be 20 more before I get served. Who runs a business like this. Pick up the pace ppl.
It's Subway, the menu never changes but it's always good
Went in tonight (3-5-22) at about 8:30 to get 4 sandwiches. One of the girls working was so rude from the get go WE said hello to her and got no response. She was slamming bread trays getting our bread out. saying "next" with an attitude when she was starting to work on the next sandwich. We didn't promptly tell her what meat we wanted on the 4th sandwich when she asked and because It was being decided she said again with an attitude "I thought you said there was 4 sandwiches!" Her whole attitude and tone was nasty and rude her customer service sucked. We usually leave a good tip but absolutely not with that attitude. I hope she doesnt treat all the customer this way. This location shows it closes at 9:30 ok Google (if it doesn't close at the time it should be corrected) so if her attitude was because they were all cleaned up and we came in an hour before closing might wanna tell your employees not to clean up the food prep table so early because a whole hour before closing you could have many customers than what? she gonna be nasty to everyone? I got a video towards the end of her throwing cookie tongs into the cookie holder. Not one smile, smirk, hello, thank you, have a good night nothing came out of her mouth. Her whole vibe is just nasty!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to all the food taste bad and old nothing is fresh and the service is horrible nobody has respect and when I walked in there was nobody even at the registers there was no employees ready to help me for almost 2 minutes and there were no customers at all. There were two employees present that finally showed up after I screamed hello and then I looked at this Subway's reviews and seen just completely unsatisfied people and I now understand why I would not recommend the store to anybody it was the worst attention I've ever had in my life and I will never shop there again not to mention Subway does not offer all the type of breads that they used to offer.
Not impressed by customer service at all . Been at better subways than this one. I’ll take my business else where next time
Ordered a turkey bacon ranch and I did not know ranch had a spicy side and the sandwich is so sloppy i could not eat it ?
I don't know if it was because it was 8pm or what. Usually it's my go to and is always the best. But I had the most horrible meatball sub ever. The meatballs were disgusting and the sub was made horribly.
Tuna salad tasted old like it had been sitting too long. Help is totally blah no smiles no personality. Other manager is even worse he is a jerk. Their app does not work correctly. Had to go through my bank to get the money back when the manager new app ripped me off told me it would take five business days. And never return the money. But my bank backed it up. Never ever will I go there again.
