The staff was rude and the store was dirty. I will never go back.
Great customer service!! The guy that was working there and was still prepping when we came in to get food.he was really nice !! Wished i could remember his name we were in there this past Wednesday 03232022
My first and last experience there was not so good.The dude that made my sandwich was not paying any attention to what he was doing.They need to improve their customer service.Next time I will go over to the subway in the walmart just accross the street.

Shame on whoever did the scheduling for today of their employees. 1/16/21 - 1:00 pm. There was only one young man working and he was swamped. Manager should have come in. This shows how much you care about the wait for your customers but even more about the lack of care for your employees.
I thought it was a mistake the first time so i added a note this time asking for my meat to please be heated and again steak and cheese cold sub who oders a cold steak and cheese. I even tried to call before posting but after 10 mins i got tired of waiting i do not think i will be back. Cold steak and cheese cheese not even melted I am still in shock twice after even asking for you to heat it

So got sandwich delivered. Simple instructions. Do not toast. Sure enough shows up toasted. What is the point of giving instructions on how u want your food if they NEVER NEVER follow them. Do I really need to come babysit my food being made by people who r getting paid to do it? And u charge all these extra fees to deliver messed up orders
Nothing like ordering ahead, only to stand there for my entire lunch break waiting for them to find my order and then make my sub. And what kind of place runs out of A MAIN INGREDIENT?? I've tried this Subway three times and been highly disappointed all three. Poorly run location.
