Staff is nice. Really work to get the line down for drive thru. Can be a tight squeeze turning in drive thru lane for some bigger rigs but overall stellar services.

The staff is friendly and efficient. They always make my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew on point.

Pretentious jerks, walked in and right at the front door was a lady breast feeding. I said "oh my" her friend told me to grow up? When I say that at the strip club nobody cares.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I went through on Monday 4/11 to get my morning coffee. I spend a lot of money here. I had plastic in my drink which I ingested and it either cut my throat or got stuck. I called them, I was supposed to hear back from both the district manager and general manager and I still have not heard from either one. When I talked with the supervisor, she said "the new cups are defective and I've been trying to wipe them out" so they are fully aware of this issue. I went home and threw up as well as it feels like something is stuck on my throat. I gave them some time to give me a call back and haven't heard anything so I called corporate, the first call I made, I was hung up on when I gave my information and the guy was not very nice at all. The second time I asked for a supervisor, she pretty much brushed it off with "well if you get medical attention, just send info to this email" and proceeded to end the call. No talk about refunding or getting over to the right department right away. She just brushed it off. I'm beyond frustrated and am about to go to the Ent and also look at filing a lawsuit as 2 days later, my throat still hurts.

I. come here four times a week because it is close to my house...but lately the one employee can be so loud & now it sounds more like a high lunch room than a coffee shop...she speaks so loud & sometimes extremely loud that it becomes very annoying. I use to try to do my meetings here but with this employee it becomes too unpredictable as to what she will scream out with. I am not saying it has to be as quiet as a library.....but she takes it over the top & doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

No oven, no fruit for the refreshees, no Carmel for the Frappuccino. Why is this Starbucks out of everything? I asked and she said that's a good question idk. Please do better! What the actual heck. Big mad canceled and went somewhere else

I love Starbucks! Especially when they have a good batch of tea. Sometimes they get a weak batch and I feel gypped. Staff are always friendly and spot on. They learned my name pretty quick (that's bad lol - because I am a too frequent customer). They'll even call out "Hi Terrie" even when they aren't on the serving line or in another position when I arrive.

Very slow to make order, they were not super busy. The person who took my order wasn't sure if they had Almond milk I was patient with her. I waited 20 min for a venti hot coffee with almond milk & sugar free sweetener. Then she hands me a small cup I ordered and paid for venti. She seemed like I was so annoying by asking if this was the right size, I was nice but the staff came off cold and bothered by my order.
