I absolutely love this store so much! my favorite barista has to be nessa! she is so nice and always has an amazing attitude!
I've been using this location for a very long time. Today however, I ordered Cafe misto, and it literally tasted like charcoal with milk. Had to throw it in the bin after one sip. Luckily, used point and didn't waste $3.65. Honestly, Starbucks, I don't feel like I have to be forced to pay $6 or $7 to get a half-way decent coffee. My last time using your company. From now on, I'll stick to homemade Lavazza espresso, save my money and save myself disappointment...

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My girlfriend got a matcha latte, which came out horrible. I got an Irish cream, which was also completely messed up. This happens every time at this location.
My favorite location ♡ they genuinely have the best attitudes and I love the morning staff mainly because I'm always there in the morning but overall I've had a good experience anytime of the day. I've been going to this location since they've opened several years ago. I don't have anything to complain about even when they run behind. I'm a pretty patient person. At the end of the day it is just coffee and this is coming from somebody who is pretty obsessed. There are more things in the world that are more important and these young adults are working very very hard to make sure that other people have a good experience and are happy. I'm not really understanding some of these reviews, but I will just say that I am very pleased and I will continue to always come to the store. Portia is such an incredible manager and she takes Pride and her job and she loves her staff and cares about her customers
Ordered a cappuccino and picked up an almost empty cup. It was filled to the top with foam. I asked them to please remake it and the girl argued with me saying cappuccinos should be “90% foam.” I have never had a cappuccino like that before. She argued with me and would not remake it. She said she would make me a latte instead. Not what I wanted. This is not the first time I had an issue at this location. Will go to the other location from now on the staff is much better and actually know how to make drinks
Noticing all the recent negative reviews it’s not surprising. But waited 30 minutes for a mobile order, pickup inside. Drive they was busy and they served way more cars much quicker than mobile orders. And several people that showed up 20 minutes after I did got their orders first. Don’t waste your time, find a different location.
