Good burgers and tater tots. It is a bit pricy. I think the lowest you can pay for a meal is about $13. And the serving size is enough for me, but it did seem a bit small compared to other places I've been. The employees were working really hard to keep up with everything even though they are understaffed, and there wasn't much of a wait. I would come back because it was very tasty, but not often because of the price.
I ordered a cheeseburger with no onion or tomato, and I got meat & cheese. I called & was told to call back when the manager was there. I'm not chasing someone around so I emailed Smashburger instead and never heard back. This isn't the quality or service I expect for a $7 cheeseburger, so I'll take my business elsewhere. Five Guys is a little further away, but they'll give you what you paid for.
Always enjoy the food from Smash Burger, however this location lacks a level of professionalism. Bunch of kids running the joint, throwing French fries from the kitchen at the people at the register, one associate yelling at other associates, took away all condiments, broke down the soda station and locked the door all by 7:38pm with customers inside when they close at 8pm. All for quality of life and trying to get out by a decent time, but at that point you might as well just close earlier if you’re going to offer such a poor service.
I really love there Burgers but I find every time I go inside to take an order there’s nobody at the counter and the supervisor or manager on duty is always busy in the back line she comes out occasionally to help out the customers but it seems they really lack of employment there is no leader ship there I feel really bad for her because she was the only one working really hard. I even experienced one of the cook on line leaving, the cook line to go out side and I felt bad for her. all she did was not her head like she was overwhelmed .
Ordered through Grubhub. They were great. This restaurant made us wait 40 minutes before just cancelleling and saying ‘can’t complete order’. No ability to leave a review, nothing. Have ordered before and food was incorrect and cold. Will never order from gere, again. Don’t waste your time or money!
The burger I had was ok, the smash fries were ok as well. However 2 burgers and 2 fries with 2 drinks was over $32. What the heck. I mean I know inflation has severely increased, but that's just robbery. The food is good but not worth the price. The only thing smashing was your piggy bank you'll need to break into just to pay their price. I could have gone to a restaurant for that price rather than get a couple burgers and fries. I won't be back anytime soon..... that sounds so "Karen" of me.? Oh well!!
Although the food was great as always my concern lies with the employee that had her child at work. Although I am sure he was only helping out to keep him busy and out of trouble, sanitation was something that came to mind as children are walking petri dishes. He was not handling food or anything but he was touching the food bags and other items. Not very professional having your child at work and in the way of employees duties.
This was the first time eating there with my dad and it was amazing. The burgers were great and the staff was amazing even with just the two gentlemen that were working at the time. I definitely recommend you try it out. I had the Colorado Burger and my dad had the barbecue bacon brisket burger and they were amazing.
My family of 5 entered this location tonight they were all extremely overwhelmed with Togo orders and the place was packed on top of everything I believe they were short staffed but they were nothing short of amazing they told us at least a 15 min wait for food but it was no where near that long the food was amazing and the customer service was on point
I should have given it a second thought when the sign said the were short staffed and to be patient. Cashier was fantastic and helpful. Cook staff was cussing up a storm and arguing both on the phone and in person with each other. I saw staff in and out of the building and going straight into cook and serve without hand washing. I think I am done for awhile
