We have found that this is a toxic unsafe atmosphere full of busybodies with nothing better to do. My son was viciously attacked by knife point by a drunk tenant and then blamed for a faulty elevator that we had absolutely nothing to do with. I definitely would not recommend this place ! This has been a very disappointing experience.

Wonderful and friendly place to live. Walk to beach and restaurants. Active tennis community and variety of social events.
Excellent housemade meatballs, excellent service, marvelous location. We will definitely return for the Sunday brunch and a Steve burger!
