Tasty food and good portion. Clean tables and area. The restrooms are also clean which also a good indicator of all over place clean care. Location has an easy access and has laege parking place. Friendly staff.
Was gifted a $50 gift card and decided to use it the other night on my day off. Happened to be on a Wednesday evening and saw online that on Wednesdays they're special is a beautiful steak and nice size lobster tail with 2 sides for $21.99! I'll take that all day long considering the cost of beef and seafood nowadays, not to mention my two favorites, steak and lobster. The entire meal cooked to perfection. I'll be going again soon. My boyfriend and I went for a late-night date after a day at Busch Gardens. Nathan was our server and he provided the most comfortable and easy-going service. They accidentally over-cooked my steak and he brought it to me immediately addressing that he would replace it if I wished. He then made up for it (though he didn’t have to) by sending us home with extra replacements! I would rate him a 10/10 if I could!!
It's good for a chain restaurant. Food quality and service a little above average. The problem is, there's so many local seafood restaurants that they can't keep up with the quality of food that they serve. I went because I was given a gift certificate. Rooster fish on Missouri avenue which is about 2 miles away better quality and prices. If you go to Dunedin there's numerous amazing seafood restaurants there. Also St Pete and all the beaches, top of the line seafood restaurants. If you're a tourist Google seafood restaurants close to you. Look at their reviews and try the local establishments.
My husband and I visited this location last night. Our server was Nathan and he was a delight. Some of the best service I’ve ever received. It was like we were old friends just catching up. The food was delicious and I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. We will be back and will definitely ask for Nathan again.
Not a big seafood eater, but I wasn't paying so I went. Everyone said their shrimp was awesome and so was the stuffed flounder. My sirloin was cooked way past medium but still tasted good.

Amazed me of how the place changed for worse... First of all, you can smell the dirt in the air, not food. You can write on a thick layer of dust around the window next to the table. Prices are too high compared to the quality of food. We've been sick on stomachs for two days after that dinner. Lettuce was rotten in a salad, seafood definitely wasn't fresh. Sangria and margarita an absolute disaster! The glass they've served our wine was dirty and greasy. Such a disappointment. That's not what I remember as my very first and favorite restaurant I went when came to USA. I know theres more like me customers who are disappointed as I'm hearing from the community. Hopefully you can do something to improve it all. And all is everything from top to bottom!

I was in there this afternoon for lunch ordered my food and got my soda my soda became empty and there was no server nowhere to be found nobody in the restaurant I waited patiently for a significant amount of time I then got up proceeded to walk to where I know the bar area is apparently I walked in the wrong area that's 2 ft from another area I should have walked through to get to the bar area it does not tell me that that'll is employees or not to enter I just assumed it led to the bar I got screamed at by somebody by the name of Rita not to be in there and why am I doing so I'm just trying to get a refill my soda I have to proceeded to the bar at that point Ms. Rita goes to the bar but then turns around and goes back wherever so I stand there wait patiently still trying to get a refill still not an employee one to be found I'm on the outside the bar I walk all the way to the end of the bar and I see a fountain gun on the outside of the bar at the very end where you can get a soda so I just refilled mine didn't reach over anything didn't go inside anything nothing said do not enter anything Miss Rita came out of I assume the kitchen screaming it through the whole restaurant that I am a thief continued to screaming not talk to me or say anything politely to me screaming at the top of her lung repeatedly that I am a thief from the whole length of the bar and telling me to get out as I asked her not to scream at me she continued I also said I am not a thief I am paying for this I'm just getting a refill I said you're not my mother please do not scream at me and talk to me in this manner excuse me for getting a refill but no manner to treat me in this way she at that point tried to tell me that I am not her children because I'm a rude inconsiderate thief and her children would never act the way as she was still screaming this walking up to customer's. as she screamed every bit of this as the whole restaurant are sitting there looking at me all because I filled up a soda pop. nowhere does it say employees only do not enter nor was I behind any common Sense employee place was never behind the bar nor reached across the bar just thought I could refill it. so I went back to my table at that point my food eventually came out but did not came all of it did not come out eventually did get it all and then to beat it all it was overcooked this point I don't want any of it I'm crying hysterically upset manager tells me I shouldn't have refilled my sodas so I'm wrong and employee is correct. he'll say me being called a thief is beside the point repeatedly in the screaming everybody in the restaurant heard it and saying that I have never been so embarrassed or humiliated not one time did it say do not enter not one time did it say employees not one time was there a reference that I could not refill my soda pop there was no call for me to be treated in this manner and to be screamed at repeatedly thru restaurant. then at the end I had to stand in the middle of the restaurant to try to get somebody to give me a to-go box because nobody wanted to help. as I've been on the phone now making a customer complaint with Red lobster this whole time after this instant happened waiting for my food. finally got my boxes then the manager through this whole thing been there an hour now comes out goes to every table that's beside me behind me in front of me the whole restaurant I counted 10 to 11 tables ask them if they needed help while I still was standing there trying to get help and ignored me I just cannot believe the service much of the food then management and being called a thief a thief and being compared to her children at the top of her lungs nobody in their right mind should ever be treated and that manner I can't even complain about the food and the drink because of being called a thief it's just horrendously unbelievable never ever would I go there ever again in my life if I ever treated somebody in that manner I would be fired at m
