I waited three hours for a pizza to be delivered to my home. After two calls and speaking to 6 customer service reps. my pizzas where still in the restaurant and it had to be remade for the second time. I am patient person but even I gave up.

Order was supposed to be ready in less than 20 minutes and they were supposed to bring it out to the car when I pulled up. I waited 40 minutes and finally went inside. They said they missed that they were supposed to bring out to the car. I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid $2 more for that. The manager said they were out of stuffed crust and offered a twenty-five cent refund, even though I paid $2. That made no sense. I finally Saud cancel the order and refund the whole thing. The manager said "ok". I had to ask for a receipt for the refund, he finally gave it to me but it was not for the same amount. I am not convinced he refunded it. He never apologized for the mess up. Horrible experience. Won't be back.
Pizza Huts taste of good food and quality just isn't the same as when I was a kid. The quality of the toppings and the pizza itself is really bad.
Very rude manager! Female crew member with red hair has a very nasty attitude. Charged my card and tried saying they called me numerous times. Went to the store in person to show my call log and the manager called the police on me. Police was understanding and got my order replaced. Won’t be going back! Very hostile environment! Manager and red head tried intimidating me…
I like your pizza but it seem like you guys can care less about specifics on any online order.. some of your options don’t have the ability to remove certain ingredients from certain pizzas. So I put it in the special request section, flies right over your guys’ head. I can’t blame you because this obviously isn’t a successful person’s dream job. Thanks for not paying attention to the little details.
Got a stuffed crust pizza and it was awful. It barely had any sauce and tasted old or burnt. The delivery was quick and the delivery person was kind though. Just disappointed in the quality of the pizza
I order a Spicy Pepperoni Pizza and I added Italian Suadsage to the pizza. When I received the order there was no Italian Sausage.
Pizza was cold, hardly any cheese or sauce. The cashier told every person that walked in he was new and could not help. I had a coupon from my last bad experience and guess what ? He could not help because he didn't know how to ring me up. So sad, used to love pizza hut
The food was barely warm. The delivery app stated the order should have arrived at 5:49 pm, but the driver did not arrive until almost 6:10 pm, nearly 20 minutes later, most likely explaining why the meal was less than hot. The order of boneless wings needed to be reheated, as did the pizza.
