We came as a group of 6 people at 9:20 pm. The hostess was not happy to see us. I understand she was tired at the end of shift but the way she was acting was rude. We waited a few minutes and were seated. We stayed because friends wanted olive garden usually I would of left. The only thing that saved this review from A 1 star rating was the waiter we had he was excellent except my friend ordered food and her order did not come. she did not want to wait because it took so much time to get our food. The endless soup and salad is awesome.
Usually don’t write reviews for chains like this, but I really like this one pasta dish. Sometimes randomly crave it. The staff mean mugs me (but not my husband) every time I go there but we still enjoy this one dish. We tip well, and don’t complain, but the mean mugging always gets me ?
Great service! Good food! This Olive Garden is definitely headed in the right direction. It is way better now than just a few years ago. Give them another try. You'll be happy you did. We definitely were.
Our server Brook is super nice and works really hard! As we sat here eating our food we watched her with her other tables and she was super nice and helpful! She was quick to greet her tables and quick to get the food out to them!! She did a wonderful job! One of the best servers I've had!
Olive Garden used to be cream of the crop when talking about restaurants. Not impressed today at all. Ordered online for takeout. I understand the world is a mess but when I only order salad and bread sticks, I would expect the take out container to be full, not partially full and I also expect that the vegetables don't look like the attached. Garlic sticks in which there was more garlic than their was bread. It is also a shame that the only way to give feedback anymore is publicly. Once again, the world is a mess.
Very dissappoint. Services was great. I other Sirlion steak and amount of Fettucine serve shock me for the prices I paid.
Food is consistently good. The restaurant is severely understaffed. We have only gotten take-out orders yet while waiting I noticed everyone was in an "all hands on deck" mode. Everyone seemed to be doing mutiple jobs.It would probably be best to close off a section of the restaurant and only seat those that the staff can easily accommodate. It was almost overwhelming to watch the staff and see all of the tables that needed bussed and more. Giving credit to the staff, but the franchise or corporate owner needs to change the way this restaurant is run until the time comes when there is a better staff to customer ratio.
Need to think about how much work servers have to do. It took a long time to get our soup, salad, and food because my server was so busy doing everything. She was so wonderful and I don’t blame her I definitely blame the management and owner. I’ve had faster service at every place I’ve been even Applebees was quicker. It was irritating waiting so long to get our food and our server looked exhausted trying to do everything for all of her tables. Please rethink how much work you’re giving them. It makes the establishment look bad and because of that I won’t be returning.
It all boils down to service.. You get a good waitress, and you walk away full and happy.A so,so staff member, and you leave with disappointment.Feb 20 was one of those disappointing days. I can understand sunday can be a very busy day.. but my server seemed out of it... and kept forgetting items we ordered... so today was a 2 star..
Took forever to get the unlimited soup and salad at lunch. Don't they know it is supposed to be a quick paced lunch? Even the iced tea refill took ten minutes! No server smiled at us or acknowledged us. After all WE are the reason THEY are there. Won't be back.
