Why do I come here? Not crowded, very very friendly service, quick service, and delicious pancakes or omelets and biscuits and gravy at reasonable prices. It's like this. You can't beat the quality and they have a breakfast club. Btw I'm not a senior ??
I’ve been going to this restaurant since I moved in the area. Food is average. Service is very slow. I’ve liked this restaurant since it is around the corner from my house until Sunday. When I was totally embarrassed by the person who normally does the cooking. I ordered the Sunday dinner that they do every couple weeks and told her I would be driving back on Sunday morning. If something happened that I would not make it I would call. When I walked in to be seated she asked what I was doing here. Really loud in front of everyone like I didn’t even order my food ahead of time. After I sat down. I was the last one to be served on everything. And gave me a salad with nuts when she knows I’m allergic to nuts. Then starting talking about me to the other customers. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. I heard her say. She only comes once a week. Well I will not be back in your restaurant ever. There is plenty of other places I can go that will be happy to serve me . Everyone should be nice to others no matter what. You never know what someone is going through.
I enjoyed the french toast and biscuits and gravy with sunny side up eggs on top!! It has a very netalsic feel from the 90s food is inexpensive and Is good for the price!
Eat here 6 days a week. Prices are very reasonable. It's like Cheers everyone knows your name. It's a mom n pop restaurant.
Excellent service and great value. Old Cape Cod is my new go to breakfast spot.
The blonde older waitress is so rude, she ruins the whole vibe for all the other workers and owners, everyone else is great! The food is delicious and very economical. Definitely recommend but don't sit in the older blondes section
Do not waste your time or money coming here. First of all, the staff wasn’t very friendly. My husband asked for coffee and was brought water. Had to ask someone else for coffee. They bring it with creamer and no silverware. I order my breakfast. Husband doesn’t cause he is already mad. Bring my food with no silverware. My husband goes to put creamer in his coffee snd the half and half is curdled. They bring my food and I can’t even manage to eat half because if creamer is curdled there what else is bad. We go to pay and the lady asked the man ahead of us what was wrong with his wife. He said she was trying to be nice and not complain but her eggs were wrong. The cashier didn’t even care and said Oh well stuff like that happens. They didn’t have a sign up but. You have to spend a minimum of 10.00 to use your bank card. My meal was 5.75 but they charged us 10.00. My husband also said the bathroom was disgusting snd he caught a glimpse of the kitchen coming out and it was filthy.

I called in this morning for a to-go order. I asked if they had an item on the menu and a nice woman told me they didn't have it anymore but they could make me something similar! It was ready within 10 minutes, they didn't charge me extra for the small side, and the menu prices are very pleasantly low. It was very tasty and they handed me an already stamped breakfast card to use in the future. Little breakfast/lunch cafes can be very hit or miss but this one is a gem! What a fantastic first impression, I can't wait to go back for a sit down meal.
There was an grease smell that almost turned us away but I’m glad we stayed. The food was fantastic! Definitely try this place
