One of the best McDonald's I have been too. The fries were fresh, the burgers were juicy. The only thing that I didn't like was how laggy the auto checkout was. Other then that it was a perfect visit. Will be back.
Burnt happy meal = unhappy customer. It doesn't do any good to complain to McDonald's. They don't care. We are just gonna leave the truth right here for all to see.
We came here and ordered 2 mcflurries, 1 sundae and some chocolate chip cookies. We received the ice cream right away and were asked to pull up and wait for the cookies. After waiting almost 15 mins I tried to go in the lobby to ask what was going on. Well I couldn’t because they have their lobby closed due to short staff. So I walked to the drive thru window and asked the guy what was taking so long. He completely ignored my question and just waved the next car forward as if trying to have him hit me and then said to me “mam you need to move out of the way”. Still no cookies. Still no answer. A few mins later a manager comes out and brings the cookies but no explanation of why it took 20 mins for 2 cookies!!! And then started yelling at us because we complained about his employee treating me rudely. I will never go back to this location!! Not only do they have slow service, they have rude employees!!
Really awesome oreo mcflurry with almost no oreos. The rude kid at the window with less than stellar customer service stated theres oreos in it, instead of offering to take a look. Wont be back.
Was served a burnt chicken sandwich. Service was terrible.
This McDonald's is fine. Nothing of note. Food is standard and orders are accurate. Staff could improve but they get it done.
The work ethic has fallen since I've worked at McDonald's wow. Slow service just not for me. Pplbwaiting 5 minutes for a mcchicken I only got a mcCafe took 10 minutes. Just saying.
Ordered from Uber eats. The McDonalds however did not take time and care to pack my things correctly. Missing my hashbrown to go with my sandwich. Yes of course they will refund me, but I want a hashbrown with my sandwich, and now I won’t have it. What am I gonna do order 1 hashbrown and pay delivery fees all over? Get it together McDonalds! I tried to call and give feedback but since you don’t answer your phone 3 times, here we are at a google review.
Manager is worthless. The app took my order and it's not my fault the app wasn't working with their system. Need to train your employees better
I worked at McDonald's the spiel they are peddling is bs. McDonald's doesn't switch to breakfast until 4 am. Closing down a restaurant from 2-5am when it's "24/7" lol. Hire people who want to work please, I'm not able to make money if my deliveries keep getting cancelled. I'm wasting gas coming here. Turn off your uber and doordash orders if you aren't gonna fulfill them. I'm sure your owner doesn't appreciate this.
