I don't understand how these reviews even add up to an average of 3.4. I agree with everything already said. The food was overdone and disgusting. Two sandwiches, one fries and a frappe came to almost $20. Definitely not worth it. They make Culver's look like a deal. At least Culver's food is half decent.
Tbh I’ve never written a complaint to any restaurant but I had just gotten off a 16 hour shift got off at 1:50 am and I go to this McDonald’s and it took nearly 30 mins to get my food and come home to eat and this burger is not cooked what so ever so I will never be returning to this location and might as well send this picture to corporate bc this is honestly non acceptable.
I was starving, stopped here after work on my bicycle. The dining room was closed. Drive Thursday only. I asked the cashier by the window if I ordered in the app will you pass it out? No you must have a car! Wow okay, won't return
Standing at the counter watching somebody play on their cell phone and telling me that they will not wait on me because someone else is waiting on people but nobody's waiting on people and I can't use a kios because I want to pay cash... Rude unprofessional staff... Got to love mcdonald's.. I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
Asked for six breakfast burritos, they just gave me 3 for no particular reason. The guy taking my order apparently made it his decision to decide wether or not I got six burritos. He charged me only for three though so atleast I know Mc Donald's doesn't steal money.
Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes before pulling up to the window to order because they apparently were only taking land two orders even though both lanes were open. Customer service is number 1 in the food business!
From the dining area they have removed – Napkins, straws, salt packets, pepper packets, salt and pepper shakers, half the tables are marked reserved for app orders, removed the soda refill machines.Before they reply just get a refill at the counter I was only customer inside and it took five minutes before anybody came to take my order. If customers were in inside you would have to wait and wait to get a soda refill. The machines were removed to discourage people from getting drink refills.I won't be back.
CONSISTENTLY forget items on orders. They are completely incompetent. The McDonald’s further north on Gulf to Bay boulevard is literally worth the detour to avoid this location.I don’t get it. How can they perform SOO poorly SOO consistently?
Got off work about 3:30am & Pulled up to drive through and after trying to order a couple McDoubles I was told they are serving breakfast. Ok then... Upon telling the rude young man on the other end of the speaker system what I was had chosen off the breakfast menu he cut me off & abruptly told me they were closed until 4am. So I went over to the WaWa for a few minutes to let the 10 minutes or so go by until it was after 4am. Approximately 10 minutes, give or take a couple, it was after 4 o'clock so I mosied back through the drive thru and wouldn't ya know... still closed. A 24 hour McDonalds.... Closed. I understand Co-vid cleaning and all that but at 4am there hasn't been any customers in that place for hours..... Strike 1Not the first time I've had issues with this location. Apparantly youre not allowed to have affable banter here as well. Joking around with the the younger sounding women on the mic inside, an ornery fella got on & followed with "man, you finna order or what!" But.... maybe he was having a rough night or had some things weighing heavy on his mind so I was very terse in the conclusion of my order & as expected received no smiles or friendly greeting after arriving to the 2nd window..... Strike 2UPDATE : Another late night (or early morning) visit. And I am delighted to report friendly staff, fast service & hot food including the fries that smell so good you have to reach in the bag and eat "just one... til I get home". But its literally been out of the fryer for a little over 90 seconds so you eat it and wish you had a glass of the Artic Ocean to throw in after in order to put out Dante's In-fry-no! Faith in Mickey D's restored! Now if we could just do something about it costing over $20 for 2 people to eat fast food.... your move Ronny
Pretty tired of this McDonald's being open one day past 9 o'clock than suddenly the lobby is closed the next day at 7 o'clock. The hours don't don't ever align with what is posted online and they close the lobby earlier than they should be.Update: 1/18/22. Order a McChicken on the screen inside the restaurant and paid extra to add cheese and extra pickles. None of those extra ingredients were added to my order and yet I paid for them. Maybe the staff needs to focus more on there job than to be blasting music in the place. It seems to be throwing their attention pff.
