I have always loved Marcos pizza but I may not order from this location again sadly. You need to have those with long hair tie their hair up and wear hair nets that way we don't find hair cooked into the food. It is a total disgust when you go to pick up cheese bread and along comes a long strand of hair that was baked into it. Talk about ruining someone's appetite!

Marcos pizza HOLD! 17 mins later nothing. Yes I held for 17 mins. Called back --- Marcos , how can I help you?. When I worked at domino's Pizza we were to ask " can you hold please " if the answer is NO, we were to take the order right away.It's called customer service and it starts at the top. The pizza had more sauce on it then anything else. This isn't the first time either. I don't even ask for the specials. I pay 30 bucks expecting to get a great pie. Now they just like Papa John's and Pizza hutRevised 5-19-22 was on hold for 8 mins. They answered and left the phone sitting on the counter with me on it. After a few I hung up and called back. No answer , no hello just right to hold. I'll never come back to any Marcos.

We placed an order online and they would not accept our coupon so we called. We were talked to by a vety young employee who had no idea what was going on. We asked to speak to a supervisor (Michelle) she stated they were running behind and could not take our order, use the coupon or receive anything for being hung up on 4 times. I highly recommend going somewhere else. We did for the same thing and actually spent less.If I could give no stars I would!

My wife and I have lived in the delivery area of the Largo Marcos, ordering at least once a month for five years, our experience has generally been good, we even talk about how good their pizza is, that is until tonight. Got notified that our food was delivered when it was not. When we called, we continued to be put on hold before we could even say anything, when someone finally spoke to us, we were again put on hold for extensive periods of time, it was finally acknowledged that our food was left at the wrong address. I feel as though this situation was not handled well by staff. Looking forward to our 35.00 refund for food not received and will go elsewhere going forward.

Terrible experience today. They didn’t add my discount code so I paid full price. Even tho they updated it in there system it never updated in my bank account. Plus had recut the pizza since they don’t know how to use a pizza cutter. Worse Marcos ive ever been too

This pizza is amazingly delicious and the joint was so clean I couldn't believe it. I'm talking the ceiling to the floor racks the food sat on and all. The service is always great. I just over all love this location.

I ordered online for a 3:30 pickup time. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for curbside there were no other cars. The tracker said wait in your car your order isn't ready yet so I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled curbside puckup time. There were 2 employees inside and no other customers. My pizza was sitting on the countertop, the guy hands me my pizza and a card for free cheese bread. Lazy! I won't be using his lousy coupon.

Great pizza 1st time I've had Marcos and I was very impressed!! Felt so bad for the only 1 guy working there! He did a great job esp by himself at lunch time!
