Great service and great food! They load their sandwiches and the fries are not only delicious but they overflow the container. I will be going back again!!
Awful lady. I ordered a tuna sub and told the lady I will be coming from Tampa.I drove all the way there and she told me "We out of tuna. Was going to call but we busy!" She said it so carelessly. I asked "well since I came all the way from Tampa can I get a credit for next time?". She said "No we out of tuna not my fault!".Its mind blowing to me that people in customer service can be so awful and careless. I've started coming to this place ten years ago and have recently started bringing business here. - Never. Again.I would have been very apologetic and embarrassed if I ever did this to a customer. It's ok to make mistakes but it's not ok to refuse to make up for them.

My boyfriend ordered us two Italian subs one with vinegar and mayo and one with just mayo,Instead we received two pieces of bread with meat and cheese for $17,We took them back explaining the issue and they rudely told us because we had said only mayo that meant you don't want veggies,If that was the case why did it have meat and cheese?If they took "only mayo" as we didn't want anything else why not just give us the bread and mayo,Just admit you made a misstake and not be rude and act like we were the problem and telling us we didn't order correctly and to next time make sure we order exactly what we want on the subs,As if stating only mayo doesn't tell them we just want mayo as the sauce.There will not be a next time,If you can not understand a simple order how can I trust you to cook my food?Never going again
I ordered two Italian subs one with mayo and the other with mayo and vinegar. I received two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese and a little bit of meat. I went to return it and they were very rude saying it's "my fault" because I didn't say I wanted any lettuce, tomatoes, or onions with my mayo... so why even put and meat or cheese on it if thats the case. They wouldn't admit they messed up so I proceeded to tell her what an Italian sub is and they knew they were wrong so they just gave me the money while making rude remarks saying before I left, "make sure you order correctly next time", I let it go and just walked out. So there you go everybody if you order an Italian sub or anything make sure you tell them everything u want or they won't put anything on it. But atleast they refunded my very expensive 17$ bread with cheese and meat
THE. BEST. EVER!!!!! We ate here when we lived here and would drive from Palm Harbor to get this steak sub. We have dreamed about them since we left. You're missing out of you don't try it!!!!

I have been told how tasty this place is, their website says they are open from 11AM to 8PM on Sundays. It's 4PM on Sunday, and they're closed. Accurate websites are crucial to good business.

Excellent steak subs. We are from New York and really accidentally pulled into the parking lot because we were hungry and seen it was open. Glad we did. Amazing sub.
