The minute I walked in, a lady gave me a look as she is forced to be there, she didn't even greet me. She just asked if my party is of three. No smile. I get seated immediately. The table is a little dirty. However I look around and realized they were a bit busy. So, no big deal. Then after about 5 minutes a lady introduced herself. Asked us what we are going to drink. Our drinks took a little long, but again they were a bit busy. Once drinks arrived we place our order. Now at this point it has died down. Not so busy. However, our food takes a pretty long time. Food finally arrives. I realize the order is incorrect. So I apologize for bothering. (taking into consideration that they were busy) I brought up the error on our order. The expression on the lady's face was what seemed to me as if she was annoyed. After the lady steps away I noticed another error. Once the lady gets back I pointed out the other error. Once again the facial response is unfriendly. Finally I get the corrected portion of my order however it's undercooked. I am very disappointed with the service. I did not mention any names as I'm not going to put anyone on blast. I'm pretty sure like most of us they need their job as much as we need our jobs. Did not complain to management there, because I didn't need them thinking I'm trying to get a free meal. At first I thought that the lady was having a bad day. But then i had doubts since it was 2 ladys and the cooks. My recommendation to them is have a mandatory meeting to express the importance of cooking at the right temperature, greeting, and friendly facial expressions.
I walked into this location to here the manager yelling at her waitress in front of EVERYONE! The manager is a bully and needs to be terminated!! I cannot believe a well known restaurant like this would hire managers that are bullies! I will not be returning to this location until you get a nicer manager! I’m absolutely disgusted at the treatment of that poor waitress. My heart broke for her and it took everything in me to not put that manager in her place! The waitresses are so sweet and have always been pleasant when I have dined in here.
Waffles weren’t cooked all the way. Sausage was still cold as if it wasn’t cooked and even looked raw. Hash browns were still hard and uncooked. Chicken tenders were burnt. Waitress had an attitude. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Went in expected it to be decent, waitress seemed like she didn’t care about her job, carried the tray under her armpit, even found a hair and then said the manager was out so all we could do is take off $4 from the bill, won’t be returning, not happy.
Everything was ok. I was a little turned off by the dirty cup we received. I probably wouldn’t make any special trips to come to this IHOP.
Ive been comming to this IHOP for yrs and loved it!! After covid it was tough and I understand but when I order online or uber eats to pick up the wait is 35min to pick up. I get that ur short staff but Acknowledge the customer dont ask for our names and not get back to us. That is poor cust service. Unacceptable. No matter how short staff.
Server very nice. It's probably because I have not been to an IHOP in a long time but thought the flavor would be better. I Def did not like the sausage links. Would I ever go back? He'll yeah! one bad experience won't keep me from visiting and enjoying a meal next time.
The food and staff were great and very attentive. The one complaint i would have is how the vegetables were prepared. My salad came with two very thick whole slices of tomatoes and my burger had another thick slice as well. The onion was a full slice that was also rather thick and the pickles were piled on. Normally im not one to complain about extra veggies but these were poorly prepped. Maybe it was an off day for the cooks. Everything else was fantastic. I will be back for more exemplary service
Stopped at this location for the first time for breakfast before the air show and was very pleased with both the service and the food. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service and the food was very good and cooked to order. The only negative was the potholes in the parking lot were pretty deep and bone jarring. Other than that the whole experience was very good!
