I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and didn't realize that I was charged for just a regular cheeseburger until after the fact. The little cajun fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They're worth going to get on their own. I could have taken her left my burger to be honest. The burgers end up soaking the bun and making the bun soggy very fast. The burgers are always cooked well done with no pink. They also have a freestyle Coke machine at this location.
Originally my experience at this location was not great at all. The manager fixed my issue right away. I always order a bacon cheeseburger from five guys from multiple different locations here in pinellas and Orlando. I like my bacon crispy and hot . After talking to the manager this location did make the bacon crispy and the burger was excellent. The fries were nice and fresh . My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here and the food is really good. The salted caramel milk shake and the banana milkshake are sooooooo delicious . Will definitely be back again because five guys is our favorite burger restaurant .
Been to this 5 Guys location about 7 times. It was our Sunday lunch deal. Liked Culvers but hate driving down there and nothing around it to do lol. Anyway back to my review. Usually it is pretty good, hamburgers cooked, and lots of fries in the bag. This last week we got our food, and when we opened th bag, there were barely any fries, enough for the little cup, and the burgers were like mush. My wife went up to complain and the staff, which by the way is the same thats always there, laughed at her when she walked away. So they made us buy more fries, and I gave up on the burger. So, basically, you've lost a weekly customer because its all funny. Oh, and the week before she asked for grilled pepers and they gave her raw ones. She asked if she could get grilled ones and again, seemed like a hassel and funny. So here we are heading to Culvers again.
So I've been to a number of different Five Guys' locations across the state of Florida and I can honestly say this location was super clean. From the moment I walked into there the floors were clean, employees were sweeping and wiping tables (even though there wasn't anybody in the restaurant at the time) and when I went into the restrooms I was pleasantly surprised that it was beyond clean. I have never been into a five guys restaurant that was like that. I thought so highly of my experience that I had to ask for the manager to say how great the store looked. The employees were all very friendly too. I went on May 9th at 630pm, and whoever the MOD was deserves a big high five because just wow. Amazing. Highly recommend.
I was at this Five Guys location on Ulmerton Rd and all I can say is how disappointed. First didn't even get greeted just stared at until some lady in the black shirt walked up and again just stared at me so I just told her what I wanted. Then she asks do i want something to drink which i already ordered I'll give her the benefit of it but maybe she didn't hear that part the first time. I also asked for my frenchfries to be well done so they are crispy but NO i did not receive them that way quite soggy. The workers never came from around the counter to sweep empty the trash which was full the place wasn't busy at all. Not one customer I saw after me got greeted or told have a goodnight etc. It's not that difficult. I will not be going back to this location. Maybe somebody from the higher authority might take a look at this place like undercover boss because we all know when higher ups show up to the company you work at everyone is on there top game. Most likely there won't be a response from anyone but maybe you read the reviews that this location gets and go from there or just watch the cameras from time to time and see what really happens.
These are great burgers. I like mine with grilled onions and mushrooms. They're spicy fries are delicious, too.
This place is so stinking expensive for just a plain hamburger they wanted like 7-8 bucks. Forget it!! Ooo buy a pack of hamburger meat for that price. It really sucks too cause I LOVE EATING FIVE GUYS FOOD!!
I hated when this place closed at 137th & Walsingham... So, I was happy to see that they re-opened here! But... the food quality seems to have been better at the old location! Burgers were good, but drinks and fries... Not so much! The staff is friendly and efficient! Drink machine probably needs to be recalibrated or ?? Very watery! Fries were luke warm, limp, and soggy!! You get a Lot of them, but again, the Quality is lacking!! May try it again someday, but not anytime soon... Sadly.....
5 guys is good usually! But I got severe food poisoning after eating here the other night. I got a lettuce wrap burger and I don’t know what happened but I got so so sick after eating it. I think maybe the veggies are left out too long and get bacteria on them. Either way. Won’t be eating here again.
Hamburgers are great the amount of fries is over the top (but we love it!) I can't say enough about these hamburgers. Unless you are super hungry get a little hamburger. The regular is almost enough for two. They also have peanuts in the shell, FOR FREE. With peanut allergies out of this world you'd think they would shy away from peanuts, but no, they double down! Not only do they have actual peanuts, but they cook their fries in peanut oil. Love the food and my son doesn't react to the peanut oil.
