I go to dunkin's everyday to get frozen coffee 50% of them have no consistency on how they make it most make it too strong and the pricing is always different depending upon where you go I paid $11.70 for two large heres and copies one with an extra shot

Always getting the same coffee drink - my favorite - the cappuccino blast, mocha flavor ?

Four times I've been at this drive-thru and four times the order was wrong this morning the cream cheese on the bagel was non-existent the bagel was not toasted and it was stale this is the last time I'm ever going through the drive-thru or any other drive-thru at any Dunkin' donuts..... The lady at the window was very friendly and very nice and I had a real good feeling until I took a bite out of the freaking bagel going back to McDonald's for my breakfast or at least it might not be the best but it's always consistent

They took forever to take my order their was no other customers here. I ordered bacon cheese and egg and the cheese was cold, not even melted…

I placed a big order through the app at 7:38 p.m. and arrived at 7:42 p.m. and the store was closed and they had already charged my account and no one was present and the lights were off. The app says they don't close until 9:00 p.m. and Google says they don't close until 9:00 p.m. so why was no one there present at 7:38 to make my order and why did it allow me to place the order knowing no one would be there? Where is my refund???

Out of salted caramel today, but outstanding service made more than up for it!Drive thru looked crowded, so we went inside. We were served immediately.

Pulled up to the window and the lady said “I’m not selling food right now only coffee and donuts...” At 10:34 am ? why does a dunkin’ choose not to sell food? Understaffed on a Saturday morning? Bummer.

Horrible, waiting 20 minutes in drive through for a small frozen coffee with whipped cream and one donut and didn’t get the whipped cream and the lady said my drink had been “sitting for awhile” when I asked why it wasnt frozen.. never going back wish I could give zero stars

I wish they knew what a New England Dunkin Donuts was all about. It would great if they had the appreciation for the name rather than just pushing coffee, donuts and sandwiches out the window.Very rare do I get a well made sandwich or a good Dunkin Donuts coffee.For me from New England Dunkin Donuts was a daily visit usually more than once.Going here here is a hit or miss.I only go once or twice a month hoping for a good hot or iced coffeè and sometimes a sandwich.TOO BAD?

Went a few days ago sat for 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker before someone even said hello. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a busy morning. This morning I went inside to avoid the long drive thru line. I discovered the issue. You have 1 person taking orders for both inside and drive thru. The inside is asking people to stand over by the pickup area so the drive thru lady can take your order. In my opinion it seemed as there is no real leadership or proper training and that everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I will definitely be making a special trip out of my way to do business with a different location. Hopefully the store owners see this and make some corrections. I also want to note the staff I encountered was friendly both times I visited this location I just think they need some guidance.
