this is THE WORST dunkin that I have ever been to. they never get the orders right and NEVER have any of the ingredients to drinks or food no matter how early you get there. the staff could care less about getting your food to you quickly and they are not that pleasant. even with pre ordering they DO NOT make the food in advance and make it when you arrive
I would give 0 stars if google allowed. This location is horrible. You order and they get your drinks completely wrong and then the staff members blame you for their mistake. When you pull up at the register window the old lady at the front taking payment refuses to fix your drink as she says she’s right and says just read your sticker that’s how this works. Terrible experience. Fire her if you want return customers.
"welcome to Dunkin, we are out of everything." I went for a bagel sandwich and a tea around 10AM. They ran out of bagels and every type of tea I wanted. I waited in line for 30 min for a croissant sandwich only to find that they burned it. As I was waiting I heard the employee tell someone in line they weren't making frozen drinks today. Yes, I know that they were especially busy at that time. But I will be going out of my way to the other Dunkins in the area that have more menu items in the future.

Came into Dunkin' donuts to enjoy some coffee and donuts with my two wonderful grandsons. The young man that helped us at the counter was very courteous and helpful, I give Michael five stars
Skylar the manager there make sure that everyone's orders are perfect and the employees seem to be really happy I've always had a great experience there

I stop here a couple of time s week due to convenience, but regret it every time. This location has really spiraled over the past couple of months. They are constantly out of products and there is always something wrong/missing from the order. A few weeks ago they were out of creamer… How does a coffee shop run out of creamer lol! The staff is super friendly and they’re always upbeat. This place has the right staff but poorly managed in my opinion.
Great experience with the Staff here. Workers, including a newly hired Staff Member, appeared to be a customer oriented group. Thanks Dunkin for your patience and hospitality. I will never forget how great you all represented your company even when I was going through a horrible day.
Dunkin' has gone down the hill over the last few months. I ordered coffee with oat milk and roasted pepper avocado toast over the app today. When I went to pick it up, I was told they're out of oat milk and sourdough bread. Since I couldn't cancel the order I told them to use coconut milk (they were out of almond milk as well) and do everything bagel instead. Bagel was so burnt that I couldn't even eat it. I think I'll just avoid DD for the time being.
