Always good selection of donuts ready. Quick service and nice employees. Coffee and a donut 4 bucks. Would give 5 stars if they did a better job cleaning common areas.
I would have given it a lower rating but the ice cream was good. The gentleman working in the ice cream area didn't know what kind they had, didn't know how to make a chocolate sundae or how to make change. One person a lady was the only one that knew what she was doing but was running crazy. Don't let young kids behind the counter if they don't know what they're doing.
I honestly have no idea why so many freakin people are complaining about this dunkin location! It makes me sad ? I live maybe 5 min from this dunkin location and I come here at least twice a day. I always go in to order food to go because if you do drive through you may have to wait a bit and it’s so much easier, sandwiches are always perfectly cooked and I love them extra toasty. Drinks to go at the drive through is always quick, and taste delicious! ❤️ my dunkins, I RUN ON DUNKINS!!! I’m pre diabetic and I get a large ice unsweetened green tea with 3 shots of raspberry and it’s cool and refreshing while I go for a long walk at Eagle Lake park.
What happened to you Dunkin?! America can't run on what you're offering. Food is usually good, but drink, and all too often service, fall very short. I used to choose Dunkin over Starbucks, now your prices are on par with one another, but Dunkin is serving trash coffee for the last 6 years. I just go for the food now.
Picture for verification. First of all I want to say I am disappointed no one answered my call. They gave me spoiled milk in this drink and will not answer their phone. I am already at work before I tried it. I am very disappointed that they did not answer the call. Now they will be giving bad milk to more people. I am also 15 minutes away now, so I am out my 5$ I order from dunkins all the time, so I am very sadded by this experience.
I stopped going to this particular dunkin because they can't seem to get my drink right. Decided to give them yet another try, and immediately dumped my coffee when I got home that's how bad it was. The taste was horrible ? honestly not sure how this particular dunkin is still up and running. You have to sit and wait to order for over 10 minutes, drinks taste like dirt, always out of something. Do better.
I went to the Dunkin on East Bay and got friendly service even though I used a coupon and had special requests, everything was fine, couldn't have been better, I have a Dunkin 5 min from my house and have an issue everytime there, so I drive right by it to the next one on Seminole Blvd or East Bay
The store did not have enough workers and the ones that they had was rude after I waited 15 minutes for 1 cup of coffee
We stopped in for ice cream. I had cookies and cream and my wife had mocha almond fudge. They were both excellent. Service was really good too.We were in and out very quickly. Kudos to Dunkin' donuts!
Staff should definitely work on their attitude and be a bit more pleasant. Especially the white girl with the braids! She is beyond freaking rude while taking your order. Management should definitely fire and hire new staff that want to work unlike the current staff members.
