Good donuts and iced coffee. Also they have good whole beans, usually on sale.
Manager Larina / Larissa (?) is above and beyond hospitable. Her crew are efficient, polite, and service oriented as well. Though I am really busy this afternoon I had to communicate about the service and product excellence… Here on Missouri Avenue just north of East Bay — their friendly service today made my day BETTER!
Dunkin has stepped their game up on Lattes. ?Get the caramel craze latte or even the standard caramel latte. It’s my favorite. ❤️
I know there's kids mostly working here and learning but whatever management is in charge could do better. I pay a ton of money in fees to order through Uber and we ball out hashbrown up and throw them in the back, they're burnt and I didn't even get half my order?? Come on. It's not rocket science.
Service was fine. The store was filthy with wrappers and paper on the ground. There were 10 or so high school kids there jumping on booths and using extremely racist and offensive language. I had my headphones on and could still hear them. I left. I will not be back.
Great place for coffee, donuts and they even have baskin robins at this location so if you want an ice cream treat its there too
I’m going to be honest, I love donut doughnuts but when I bought a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a large ice ice it was gross. Coffee taste like it was dirty water on something, and the egg on my sandwich was soggy.. they can’t cook and make coffee. Please get a new crew. Now the nice guy with the tattoo(he is fine?) at the window he can stay, very nice.

I normally go to this Dunkin on the way to work every day. My normal order: an iced hazelnut latte. Recently Dunkin discontinued the sweetened hazelnut swirl. That’s fine. They still have the unsweetened hazelnut and I normally just add a little sweetener in. But the employees at this Dunkin specifically act as if it is a hassle to make your coffee the way you want it. They have literally huffed and sighed while I make my order. I will not be returning to this location. Clearly they don’t care about their customers.
Got the fold over tortilla bacon and egg thing. Actually bought 3! Cup of smooth hot coffee and a donut. Nice employees too. I am from another state, just helping 93 yr old mom. I will go back here when in town. Place got busy. It was clean too.
