Good coffee and friendly service. I would give 5 stars but occasionally the coffee can taste burnt secondary to the machines not being cleaned.
Now just average. Donuts are not even made here. Driven in from somewhere.
The 2 women and man working on 2 Weeks ago They were all great customer service. And very good bring service They all made me smile . I am grateful to have stopped at Baskin Robbins DD That day .. I had bad news from from Dr they made me feel like they didn't mind making my cap blast .. alot of DD Baskin Robbins they said I'm out of mix.. alot of them don't like making the cappuccino blasts coffees ..

This crew is amazing . My girls take care of me so well. The young man is always on point with his knowledge. If somthing was wrong they always on top to fix it . Only dunkin I go to in a hospital
My coffee is always made properly, and the staff are amazing during day shift!Especially Sophia! She’s memorized what I like, has my order ready for me in a jiff, and always makes my day just that much better with how nice and outgoing she is!
Largo Medical Center is where I work! I see Sophia, Lauren and Manny on a daily basis! These guys are the best - They know what I like and as soon as I come in the am they have my favorite drink (CUSTOM MADE FOR ME) ready at the counter. I had never received this kind of attention from a fast food establishment I love how they know everyone's name; this makes a huge difference in the quality of service. Sophia is definitely the one I have dealt with the most and she is my favorite - I am even getting a tattoo from an artist she recommended! but I will not leave the rest of the staff out! the whole staff is great. On Mondays (I hate Mondays) they are always smiling, with a great attitude and it makes my morning better - Good vibes all around. I am sure we would be great friends. The owner of this franchise should feel lucky - They've got the best people working at this location - good, consistent, customer service is what makes (or destroys) a franchise, and this one right here will go a long way. People should recognize them by name whenever posting a review!!! They need to know how special they are to everyone here. They keep us awake! and running.
