Culver's is pretty good, I love the chicken tenders, love bacon cheeseburger and that I'm able to create my own. love the dulce cheesecake waffle cone.Staff is always super friendly and helps me decide what to get and recommends their favorites to me to tryPricing is higher than other fast food places but the quality of food here is much better so is worth the money in my opinion.Overall I'm pretty impressed with Culver's I've also had their salads which is yum. Keep up the good work Culver's!
I came in on Monday, 5/30/22 at around 9:00 pm to order a milkshake for my son and a small vanilla cup with cookie dough and extra rainbow sprinkles. They were busy. I got the stuff and did not really check it as it was beginning to storm out. When we got to car I noticed my ice cream looked a little different but tried it anyway and realized there were no sprinkles and there was peanut butter instead. I never ordered peanut butter. I immediately started feeling indigestion within the hour. I spent the entire night vomiting and having diarrhea. I became extremely dehydrated.. It was awful. What if a child with a severe peanut allergy consumed this? This is beyond careless and ruined the end of my vacation.
The food at Culvers is usually pretty good. I'm gluten-free so when I want to risk the cross-contamination because I'm starving I go to places like this. They have a gluten-free bun which is heated in the wrapper it's usually pretty good it comes on the side so you build your own sandwich. This time my bun actually was in the wrapper heated with a spot of mold very visible on it. Things happen , it was a take out order and had buns at home.
How is the onion slice thicker than the burger patty? I could give this cold burger to a vegetarian and they wouldn't know there's meat. The burger bun is so cold it's keeping the food safe from spoiling.I'm gonna go eat a salad and rethink my life after that terrible burger. You guys should be ashamed. Service was 5 stars but I'd be questioning what you did to your employees to where they can smile while handing me a coffee coaster disguised as a hamburger
Disappointing tonight. Took over 20min to get our order. When we did get our food it was cold, whole burgers cold. Almost like one step above pulled from the fridge and served. They were busy and alot of people were waiting for food. I counted about 10 workers going here and there. Doing things. But seemed without direction. They needed to be making hot food. Didn't appear to have any supervision nor management.
This place is always super busy but so good. I love the convince of curbside pickup. Order at home, check in when you arrive, and they have it out to you super quick
Drive thru takes so long that the food is literally stone cold when it gets to the spot they make you park in. Same deal if you dine in. Cold, flavorless trash. Culver’s never disappoints in the Midwest and never is decent in FL.
Fresh delicious fast food that is above other fast food chains. I’ve never been disappointed and the staff is friendly and courteous !

This is a fantastic restaurant to go to if you've never been before. I ordered a double deluxe cheeseburger with fries and a Coke. It didn't take long for me to get up to the cashier who is very friendly and took my credit card and then I had to pull forward and wait just for about 2 minutes for my order to be cooked. They brought to my car and I was able to be on my way fairly rapidly. The food was hot and delicious and if you've never tried a butter burger before you really need to go to Culver's. I did not have a frozen dessert but I really wanted one at the time but was short on time. Great job again !!!
