Not great food, but the delivery and prices are good. Tried several menu items on a couple of occasions. Chicken on a stick is very good. Lo Mein, Beef & Broccoli, Chicken & Broccoli are average. Spring Rolls are good, but the wrapping is thicker than I like. Wonton Soup and Steamed or Fried Dumplings are a bit thick but still good. Sweet & Sour Pork was a container of battered deep fried pork, no veggies or fruit, just a side of sweet red sauce and some white rice. Mei Fun was very bland, grocery store ramen has more flavor. Fried Rice is very bland. It's plain yellow rice with a tablespoon of peas & carrots and minced onion. No egg or soy sauce that I could detect. Unusual and not in a good way. Overall, I don't recommend China 1.
Not a happy customer. Why they would close early on a Tuesday is beyond me. That’s fine with. Y’all just lost out on a profit and continue to do so when you close early ?
I ordered shrimp with vegetables it was blah no taste about it I was very ? I will not go there again
Best Chinese around here. It has significantly improved over the last two years.
Only open til 8:30pm and closed on Tuesdays, huge disappointment.
I ordered soup and the egg fu yung. She said it would be 10 minutes. So I waited. It actually took 35 minutes. I do not have a problem with waiting and appreciate and am happy that they are busy. But, I would have preferred to be told that it would be a 30 minutes so that I could go shopping or do something else. The egg fu yung was very good and we will order food from them again-- I will just plan on a longer wait time.
Have used for delivery a few times. Last time they had driver that tried to charge us again after we had already paid by credit card online. Be careful. Food is good.
New owners or management, this place is not the same as it was a year or two ago. I will NOT be back!! The egg rolls used to be large now they are very small. The dumplings used to have a thick outer shell with lots of meat filling, now they are paper thin with little filling (much like the frozen variety I get at the grocery store). The beef with mixed vegetables was tough. This used to be my favorite Chinese take out place and they claim they are the same owners but obviously things have changed for the worst.
Such good food at great prices. Fast delivery and I love how much care is taken to package your meal so it arrives hot and ready to eat. Thank you for being awesome!
First visit, very pleased! I'm not sure why other reviewers are complaining about the chew mein not having noodles. It was very clear on the menu that it didn't contain noodles, and they mentioned it again when I ordered. Yes, I wanted the shredded vegetables, as described. It was very good! The Singapore Noodles were fantastic, and the pork fried rice. Also some of the best egg rolls I've had at a small place like this.
