Walked in and was immediately seated with our favorite waitress Tiffany. She’s fast and friendly. She goes above and beyond with no change in character for food sent back. She serves us with smiles. She’s truly amazing and on top of her tables. Me and 3 my boys love this location and absolutely adore Tiffany. By far the best service I’ve received in a very long time. Food was fast and on our table in no time ? We love you Tiffany we will see you soon?
Place was half empty waited 15 min for a table. Same with the food, way too long for the amount of people in the restaurant. Too many other options to make this sustainable. Decent food but was overshadowed by waiting waiting waiting. Corp will need to save this place or it will go under
Chilis used to be a favorite of mine. In the past several years I haven’t been a fan, I decided to give it a try today for fajitas, they only offer chicken and shrimp for lunch. The menus is a lot smaller than expected. I was dissatisfied before and just as much today. Server was on point. Not busy at all. No chips/salsa… going down hill fast at this location. As for the food, I do not like eating chicken out, it’s usually over cooked, today was not over cooked but you only got 8-10 very thin slices of chicken.Bar was semi full however only 5 tables were taken. They all had food. It was just after 2:30 so I do understand that aspect. Still shouldn’t take very long for fajitas. All the tables had their food. So here I sit.Black beans & rice, yuck, 1/2 cup of rice not good ver dry. Guacamole was sour tasting, no need to complain, at all. Very dissatisfied I have given them so many chances, I will not be back!
This used to be the place to go for a quick bite and good food. However last nights dinner was just awful. I will say the waitress Tiffany was outstanding. The food was horrendous. We waited over an hour for our food and when it came out the bread for burgers and grilled cheese were hard as a rock. My 6 year old could barely eat it. My shrimp for the fajitas was cold and nasty. Fries were cold in the middle but we had waited so long for our food and Tiffany was great we didn’t want to complain. We won’t be coming back here. We took our food home so we could reheat it, it was that bad. What a shame, this place used to be such a great place before Covid. Only reason they get 1 star is because of Tiffany (she actually deserves a 5 star!)
We can in on a Monday President’s Day around 4pm We we’re greeted by a server very happy one. I asked her to be our server cause she was the only one working and not standing around. And wow was she one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. It’s not about the food all the time we’ll most of the time for me. If I go out I want good service and warm food I don’t expect much. Her name started with a T Tammy Tina somethingLike that. We had 2 wild kids with us she was awesome with them and all of our requests. Thank you for making our dining experience amazing. I didn’t call the Mgr over to let her know. It’s hard to find good servers like this one! Give her a free meal drink and a Sunday off!
Chili's used to be a good place to grab a tasty bite. But the night we were there (Largo Mall)it was very sad. The young lady that was at the welcome stand was running around greeting customers, cleaning tables, taking orders and serving food and drinks. There were plenty of empty tables but no wait staff. Every staff member was doing triple duty. We had a 25 minute wait and there were quite a few people waiting to be seated. We finally got seated, placed our order and waited for our food to arrive. Our server was also one of the bartenders. Really nice young man...the food was delivered to our table. My husband's soup was cold and his main course was mediocre. I ordered the beef quesadillia. There was one tiny piece of beef that was barely edible in each section. The corn on the cob was mushy and the fries were just ok. Neither of us finished our meal. I felt bad for the staff, they were overworked and doing the best they could. But if this kind if service and food preparation continues Chili's will be a thing of the past...
We came to Chili's after going to ANOTHER restaurant first with such bad service we walked out after being there 25 minutes with no drinks! I love chili's We arrived at about 10:30 our hostess was great he ended up be our waiter as well (Feb,19th Saturday evening) He was a breathe of fresh air.I liked the clean seating area, very friendly youngman.He took the time to answer any questions food came out delicious as always! Our cups never hi was empty very attentive and very outgoing! I love my largo mall chilis.Thanks for being a great restaurant!
we order to go ; it was the worst food we have ever order , we couldn't even eat it. fajitas chicken was not even cooked all the way ; the onions and peppers were served in a bag and were ice cold , they were taking out the fridge and not even cooked or warmed up. the soft shells stuck together and wouldn't pull apart. they served the raw chicken on top of rice. couldn't eat that. the chili bowl was half filled up. the boneless wing , absolutely the worst type of chicken. chewy, not much meat and they looked like they were old. 70 dollar order and it was all trash . and this location was not even busy at the time of order , it's seem liked because it was close to closing time they didn't care .
Went in @ 6p.m. Was seated at 6:42, but we didn't eat until 7:42. Salad was thrown together. Wasn't appealing and tasted okay. Street corn was also thrown together. Our waitress was excellent and because of the poor service received from Kitchen staff the manager did discount our food at 50%
I love Chili's lunch prices, and they have a variety of meals to choose from with the lunch menu. Our waiter, Brandon, was very attentive and polite. Chili's is my favorite restaurant!!
