As I have said before it's all about location. While Chick-fil-A is a franchise establishment and needs to follow the rules accordingly as outlined by Headquarters... this locations food was at the top of the list. Cooked to perfection!! The quality of my order canceled the unfortunate parking mishap.
Food was amazing as usual. I could tell the employees do not get payed enough. They weren't being rude or anything of sorts. They were just really overwhelmed and exhausted, it was obvious. Most of them looked like 16 y/o. The only thing I would change about Chick-fil-A is how they treat the employees. They are working way too hard.
I had a very similar experience to what Abraham Diaz went through and was not allowed to collect my order, even though I arrived before closing and went through the drive through. I had a CONFIRMED mobile order, and they would not fulfill it even though I arrived more than 10 minutes before closing and their policy says they will accept orders up to 7 minutes before closing. It was a very long day, and we were very hungry and didn't even get an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I have always expected exceptional service from Chick-fil-A. In all my years as a patron, this was the first time I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. This location needs some work.
I love chick fil a. Probably my favorite fast food restaurant. The frosted lemonade is on point. And of course we all know they have chicken! Waffle fries are the best fries.
I am writing to inform you of the poor service that my family and I experienced at your Chic-Fil-A fast food restaurant in Largo. We arrived at 9:04pm into the restaurant and as we are waiting in line, Matt your manager decides to kick us out of the restaurant. Stating that they are closed, meanwhile there are several families inside eating.The lobby apparently closes at 9pm while drive thru stays open till 10pm. We have no idea about these hours and we were already waiting in line (4min after 9p). With no empathy or other options provided we get kicked out and forced to go through the drive through, even as we are literally standing at the counter. I believe this is unacceptable and the option to make an exception this one time was not given. I look at Chick-fil-A as the company that makes quality and superior customer service a priority, but failed this time around. Embarrassing my family and I as we argue to just be served a meal and have dinner after a long day of work and Soccer games with my son. As a previous business owner and a customer service professional, this is unacceptable. We ended up just leaving all together and going home upset, hungry and disappointed. I feel like we really needed to bring this to your attention, I know it may not seem like big deal, but to my family and I it was.
I love Chick-Fil-A, my favorite and only fast food restaurant. Food is always hot, order is always correct and the staff always friendly and courteous. What more could you ask for from a fast food chain.
Chic fil A has the best chicken sandwich around, hands down. What is even more impressive is the great people that work there. I've never had a better experience with fast food. The staff are the friendliest and most polite in the industry. If you haven't been, you have to give it a try. You wont regret.
I guess I'm the unlucky person when it comes to Chick-fil-A. Every. Every time I go there the order is incorrect. The funny thing is my son goes there all the time and the only time that his order is incorrect is when I go there. The food is good in the service is always very nice. I just have been unlucky the three times that I've gone there all three times something was missing from my order.
I ordered from here two days ago for delivery. 10 minutes after placing my order and charging me I got a phone call telling me that, they couldn’t deliver because of life of lightning. Apparently Chick-fil-A does not allow its delivery people to drive when there’s lightning. Rain is fine but not lightningConsidering we live in Florida, the lightning capital of the world this seems pretty bizarre. So here it is three days later and my credit card still has not been refunded and I still didn’t get my food because lightning
The best well-oiled machine ever. No matter where we are, no matter the state, we look for that sign and always have a great experience. This place was no exception. Food is always hot, staff is always amazing and friendly, and our family loves it.
