Nothing out-of-the-ordinary - maybe average. Calzone had more bread than filling - which, if the marinara sauce had been even average, would have made for good dipping. It tasted like watery slightly seasoned tomato sauce. The salad was fresh. The kids working the counter, were… un-enthusiastic. The young folks working there were friendly. Seriously, it wasn’t bad - I just expected something above average from a 3 location pizza/sandwich place named “Beach”Pizza with a very cool logo.
I never write reviews, but tonight was the final straw. Over the last year or so, the service has gone downhill. However, I returned because I LOVE the food so much. Tonight not only was the customer service terrible, but the pizza we waited 45 minutes for came out cold (everyone else finished their food). When we approached the girl at the register - Hailey J? - she was basically unresponsive, unapologetic, and unable to provide any sort of solution. She came off as rude and not helpful. We got a box for our cold pizza and left shortly after. Not to mention the lukewarm beer that was given to a different table before it finally reached ours. Not sure if we will return. It's as if the place is now run by teenagers whom are not properly trained to handle these types of situations or at all. As we were leaving another woman happened to walk in extremely unhappy and loud about something about an order she had. Glad to know we are not the only unhappy customers because we were patient despite the wait. Sucks because this was always a family favorite! Hopefully it can return to what it was before.
My kids & their friends LOVE Beach Pizza! When we all get together that's the pizza they want to order. Also, Joshua is very nice.
Love their white pizza. Garlic knots so so. Taste like they are made a few days in advance and just heat to order. Garlic sticks tasted better.
They have the most delicious pizza! Honestly, I've never ordered anything but the Buffalo chicken pizza with honey glaze but it's so good I've been ordering it for YEARS. Every time my pizza is consistent, delicious, and beautiful. LOVE BEACH PIZZA!!!!!
It’s a hangout for teens. I got the chicken tenders with Buffalo Sauce ON the tenders. Even made sure the sauce would be ON the tenders. When the food arrived there was no sauce to be found not ON the tenders or the plate itself. I see no reason to go back
Horrible. I am a long time customer and my only request to to cook the Crust more well done as theirs tend to be doughy. So tonight I make normal WEEKLY order with the Standard 1 hour delivery. 3 TIMES I say Pleaae cook Crust well and she repeats back.The pizza comes and the Crust is doughy AND the cheese slides off the topping. I call, they say we will send another one out right away and ANOTHER hour goes by. Now I gave an OVERCOOKED pizza. Btw.. they made me give them the other pizza back! Really?I'm a regular customer....I WAS. Three strikes...you need a manager who runs the shop! . You're out. Plenty of other local pizza shops want my money!
Awful experience tonight we were so disappointed. Where so I start?. We order the 2 slices and a drink for our 2 girls and my husband. I order a medium burger with ff and a side of ranch. He brought out our pizza no burger.. We all eat dinner together always so I bring back my husbands pizza and let the girls eat and asked if he could just bring his with mine. We got there at 7:15pm and it's 9:00 still waiting! We finally asked a girl behind the counter how much longer she goes and looks and no burger has been started! The cook starts my burger almost 2 hours later and a boy brings it out to our table.. He put it in a to go box when we were eating there. We asked him where my husbands pizza and salad was and he said sorry Ill be right back! Nothing.. We walk to the counter and he is doing something else and places his pizza through the cooker he didnt even start it yet! 10 minutes later the rest of our food is ready by that time my burger and ff were cold we were too upset to eat there and our girls were tried so we brought everything home which we had to reheat they forgot our dressing and put olives on our salad and my husband is allergic we asked for no olives.. The entire waiting was 2 hours for pizza slices,salad and a medium burger.. A cold dinner on a Friday night! Horrible experience
The people and the food are Awesome! It's a family-owned business that has been around for many years and they consistently deliver!
I think I found my new favorite pizza place! I got a gluten free pizza and cesar salad, and my husband got a cheesesteak sub. It was all delicious and the price was great for everything we got.
