They had a special running 2 for $6 on the chicken sandwiches we ordered it with one large fry we were in a hurry so we grabbed our food and we left when I got in the car and we got down the street probably about a mile I looked at my receipt we were charged $10.11 for two sandwiches I turned around because the fries were cold and they were all confused when we came back to tell them about it I also am allergic to seeds this particular sandwich had a bun with seeds I asked them could they give me a different bun or could they give me another bottom bun they were confused everybody at the front counter and the ones making the sandwiches in the back it was crazy for 20 minutes I kept asking for the same thing and I also asked for my special that was being advertised outside the chicken sandwiches two for $6 he walked around not understanding what I was telling him my order or one large fry and two chicken sandwiches came to $15.99 that was wrong they finally figured it out and they gave me back $4 and some change wow and they were all young people management needs to do better when hiring train them a little bit better I will not go back to that Arby's again
One of the best Arby's I’ve been in. Place is always clean, staff is friendly and the food is fast and fresh. I had a coupon for a free small fry and shake and mr. Skyler even wished me a happy birthday with a smile when handing me my change. Highly recommend this Arbys to anyone who wants exceptional food and service!
This Arby's is good, but not the best Arby's I've been too. Could improve on service and making sure the food is more fresh (no soggy fries or hard buns, please). Too much prep isn't doing you a favor- it might save you time, but it can loose you customers. I'd go more often if it was always fresh, even if I had to wait a bit longer.
Ordered and headed to the dining room. The room was a Mess! Tables not cleared, floor had pieces of food scattered, floor by soda machine was sticky. Customer went to the counter and complained about the condition of the dining room. Didn't clean properly. Not sure if we will be back.
No longer "hand spun" shakes as the menu still says now there machine is flavored by the push of a button. Should fix menu to reflect this.
Restaurant not busy all.Very rude black person working counter, she threw my food down on counter and walked away,call out for her no answer, knocked on counter she came back. Said a ain't no dog walked away again,she called out for another person to get me a cup that went with my meal.I had the feeling she DOESN'T like white people.she needs to have someone talk to her or release her from her duties.
The guy at the front was nice. There was a group of employees loitering outside that I didn’t pay much mind to until one pointed at me and yelled across the parking lot that I was parked over the line. Yes, I admit that I was, and I apologize. But there was only two or three other cars in the lot, with probably thirty spaces available, and no one around me. Didn’t think that was necessary.Also, it wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was given the wrong shake.
We came here kind of late and had the best experience. Was greeted by Skylar and he was so polite and upbeat. Then they told us we needed to wait for fresh chicken. Justin came out to let us know that everything was being made fresh and it would be about two more minutes. Food was hot and tasted so good. Thank you we will be back soon.
Awesome!! Great service!! Mentions the fish sandwich is 2 for 1 in the menu when I pull in. I went back a second day. Funniest thing, the Ray's took the lead both days I was visiting this restaurant.
There crispy fish sandwiches are very delicious and you get a big piece of white fish, l think it is cod and you get 2 for $6 a great price and l have Gerd and the breading is very light and does not bother it or my diverticulosis being that the fish is fried. There roast beef classic sandwiches are 2 for $6 and always delicious!!
