Makenzie was our waitress. After she took our entire order, my husband and I waited 15 minutes for just our drinks. As soon as we got our drinks one of the cups had crusty old food on the rim. Waited another 5 minutes for another beer on top of reminding our waitress that we were waiting on another beer. Mackenzie did not serve us our food and never saw her for the rest of our visit there. Was not impressed with the service at all. Manager was requested and never showed her face. End results was getting a discounted meal.
I wasn't feeling good and ordered food - chicken Alfredo. My order was on the road for 30 minutes. But when I tell you the chicken was so perfectly cooked and delicious it brought me back to life and I no longer feel ill. Ordering delivery is a gamble most of the times and it's pricey but it was worth it tonight. ?
Mackenzie was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful! She is lighthearted and super patient. It was a slow Monday, but she still was persistent and pleasant. She honestly made my night a bit better with her laxness.
My server for lunch today was Makenzie. Wow does she rock! So kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the restaurant. I absolutley suggest Starkey Rd location for lunch as I've been to others in the area that I can compare.
Wait for takeout was excessive. Quoted 15 - 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes. If the restaurant is short staffed, at least be forthright with wait times. On top of that, I happened to overhear that all burgers are half price on Mondays...if you dine in! So basically overpaid and had to wait an excessive time for that privilege.
Service was great and our food was delicious. Only issue was the table was dirty and needed to be wiped down and cleaned, but was promptly taken care of.
Came in for an early dinner. Maybe 4 other tables in use, and 3 patrons at the bar, so not busy at all. Sat by the hostess, then waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, so we left. If it had been busy, it would be understandable, but instead we just watched waitresses stand around.
Food was ok but Joshua our server was awesome lol! I cracked a quick joke and he sure did remember. Place was pretty empty for a Sunday which was good for the fast service. Use to love coming when Mary worked there but unfortunately I heard she left... She was the main reason why I use to frequent this location.
Great food, Great experience. Love the boneless buffalo chicken wings. Some areas do need improvement but overall a great restaurant.
Got Togo and paid cash . Didnt get my change back and they forgot my drinks and sauces . Then they call me to say I didn’t pay and I stole from them . But they need to talk to there own employees who are pocketing the money . Was very rude on the phone about the whole situation. Wouldn’t go back
