I am a manager of a restaurant and can tell you that whoever the manager of this place is, is a sorry excuse of a person. We ordered a 10 pc traditional wing (which is very obviously on the menu) and they offered to make it a meal with fries and a drink, we agreed and received a 5 pc wing with fries and bread and when I spoke with the manager he just kept repeating "we don't have a 10 piece on our menu"how you promote someone to manage that doesn't know their own menu is beyond me. I'm a huge fan of Zaxby's but I won't be coming to the Lakeland location again knowing this is the leadership it's under.
We go to Zaxby's on the regular. We did the drive through today. Almost every item they make is delicious. The fried pickles though need some revising. The breading they use before frying them is too salty (and I LOVE salt). Otherwise yummy ?Their fries are incomparable. Literally. NOONE makes fries like Zaxby's!!!! Sooooo good!
Bad service they didn't even give me what I ordered and for the last straw there's not even the chicken sewn

Had a very good spicy chicken sandwich and fries there. Inside decor is nice and clean.
It's busy here but the drive thru move fast, I come through daily for a cobb salad and combos for 3 or 4x a week. On Friday night my chicken was hard , no cukes.but I let it go. Came today salad was awful. Tomato looks as if someone had eaten off them, a slice of egg that was broken. I called spoke with a manager name Delissa she wasn't professional with no customer communications skills. I had to ask was she still there..... not going back
No seasoning on fries, no extra sauce. Infsct no sauce at all. Sandwich just thrown together and thrown in bag, sauce globbed into one spot on sandwich leaving the remaining 90% dry and flavorless. For the prices on your menu and the fact customers are what actually brings in the money for the company to pay their employees you should really step your game up.
It's really gone down hill recently. The employees there can't get an order right to save their lives. Don't ask for extra sauce or seasoning because they straight up won't give it to you. The food is awesome but these poor employees need a simple order or they will fail.Update: they got the order wrong again.
Used to eat here regularly but after yesterday- never again. Chicken tasted bad. Not sure if it can be blamed on quality of meat or the oil it is fried in. All Zaxby's in Georgia have the best taste, can't say the same once you come to Florida.
Quick, easy, accommodating this Zaxby’s made it easy for a family of four traveling to Disney from southeast Florida. The food came out hot and quick. Very impressed.
