Yesterday an employee here was handing out a fake telephone number to all the door dashers coming into the store saying "call this number before i can give you your food, its a new procedure i guess" turns out that is not true at all it is a scam the number they gave out was to a person trying to convince you to send them your dasher money through cashapp to "verify" you are an actual dasher. complete scam avoid this place if you can hopefully this employee has been fired and reported to the police
Place was filthy. The drink area was disgusting. Looked like it had been cleaned in days. The coke freestyle was out of ice and 90% of drink flavors. I watched one of the employees outright refuse to take care of it and walked away. Employees argued and acted like they were at home. They used the same paper towel roll that was meant for the customers. Each time they used it they left the next paper towel wet and dirty. I only ordered two meals and they still got it wrong. To much arguing and horse play not enough attention to detail or cleaning.They couldn't pay me to eat there again. Food was mediocre at best. Not worth the price and having to endure the filth.
Staff are extremely lazy beware of your food. The employees turned off the ringer on the phone I had waited on hold 15 minutes drove up to the location 10 minutes and there were 4 employees sitting at a table doing nothing. The only reason I ordered is because I was hungry I love wings too and just moved to the area and will never return.
S Florida location open 3 days now. Service is a little slow ( 3rd day open, understandable working out some kinks) Wings were good, fries could be a little crisper but really tasty, almost a little sweet. Overall good, we will be going back again.
Be careful when you walk in there, it's like they mop the floor with grease. And most of the staff have poor customer service skills. And there is usually a long wait. They always seem to be holding on fries. Not very efficient.
This location food is not good at all …customer service is ok but food never compares to the other wing stops I’ve been to . Never any seasoning especially on the fries even if you request “extra “ .. always like this every time I go. You would think it’s just one time
The experience I just encountered over an online pick up order for some chicken wings blows my mind. These workers really got out of character because they didn’t make my wings and had a problem With me because I wanted my order. Best part of it all they said they wasn’t going to make my food and wasn’t giving me any refund. They were very aggressive and even followed me out of the store after they told me I wouldn’t get my money back for my wings they didn’t give me. If you applied to work here and your upset because you have to work and cook for your customers, then this isn’t the job for you.
I really like there wings. I think they are way better than buffalo wild wings. Need to take better care of there drink station sweet tea dispenser had a lot of gnats flying around. The girl who take care me though was sweet! All in all there food is good.
When I pulled up in front of the store the front counter staff was outside of the store I proceeded to go into the location to place my order and the employees followed me in I apologized for interrupting their break and was given nasty looks from the young lady with red dyed short hair after placing my order I went out by my car to wait as I felt very uncomfortable inside the young lady’s followed me outside and went to a white car parked next to mine giggling and laughing while looking in my direction I finished my cigarette and went back inside the store to wait for my order when it was given to me I thanked them and again apologized for interrupting their cigarette break only to be told they did not smoke again I apologized however when I got into my car the lady in the white car stopped me and informed me that I offended the employee by apologizing for interrupting her break and implying that she was a smoker ok I smoke cigarettes didn’t think anything about it again apologized and was berated by the woman in the car I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life here I am being verbally attacked by three African American women for no reason I did not know what to do I was crying and shaking and was uncertain what they were going to do even as I tried to back out I was watched and laughed at I was humiliated. I will never go to this location again !
The staff was kind and welcoming. However, the boneless hot wings were super Small they looked like popcorn chicken. The season fries had no season and it just wasn't good. My last time getting food here.
