I was there to try the new strawberry frosty so I was going to go through the drive thru. The line was so backed up I just went inside, received my order instantly after ordering. I LOVED the strawberry frosty. ??
Mrs. Latolva is the best. She even gave my kiddos ice cream. Everyone there is so nice. I love going there every Sunday after church.
We stopped in after SeaWorld with our family. Not impressed. My husband has long hair because he is an entertainer and a light skinned boy started laughing and walked behind the register to the make line, then when we received the food suppose to be no cheese well there was no bottom bun either so my husband took it back to the counter the cashier asked him to make another sandwich and he was heard saying oh that's for the long hair freak. Really now. They told us to keep the original sandwich which we probably should had thrown out because our daughter ate it and immediately became ill.We said no more and just left. I don't know what he did to the original sandwich but something happened he knew who had the sandwich to start with.Don't recommend. When my husband asked him to repeat what he said the cashier stated oh he is new here just ignore it.Regardless you can not get by degrading people paying your pay check. Will not return!!!
Latanya was exceptional. She didn't rush any of her customers and it was packed she gave everyone great service, she was kind, attentive to the 4 kids with our group and let them each place their order and there was a big group of seniors that came in. OMG ? I'm so excited about her if she lived in Georgia I would place her in a great position. I do management!! People like her is hard to find. Great job to your entire staff!!
Food is fresh every time I go. Amazing customer service. I enjoy seeing Kaitlyn when I go. She always hands my food with a smile and full of energy. Wendy's is the best over McDonald's.
The service was good. There was definitely one lady there who was doing far more than some of the others that were present and she kept her cool when one of the Co workers was clearly having a rough time keeping up. The food was exactly what you'd expect from Wendy's.
Pretty good! Fries were just the right amount of crispiness and the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. Hubby and I grabbed the 4 for 4 meals. You can't beat that deal...seriously, our total was $8 and change. Great price and Delicious!
Ok love this Wendy's better than any of the others. My order was wrong they gave me free combo meals and whatever drinks I wanted. The manager was on top of it! I got the new bacon burger with the bacon jam on it and crispy fried onions the BEST! Hands down the best Wendy's in town.
29 Jan 22, 2:50 pm. Drive thru. All I ordered was 2 large and 1 small chocolate Frosty. I asked if they could be put in a tray. The tray they handed to me didn't even fit the cups and they were very unstable and tipping over on the drive home. And to top it off, one of the large Frosty cups was only filled half way up and the other large Frosty was only filled 3/4 full. Called the manager when I got home and was told if I came back they will replace. I'm not driving back. I'll write this review instead. And while I'm writing this, how about teaching the window employees to say "thank you" or at least something instead of no word spoken when they hand you back your credit card. And the same goes to the window employee that hands you your food. No word spoken again! If you can't say "thanks and come again", maybe I won't.
The employees were very nice! My friend enjoyed grilled chicken without the bun due to gluten allergy. They were very accommodating.
