Fast service for the most part but the drive thru window was left open the when I pulled up to the 2nd window and stayed open the whole time I was waiting for the delivery order easily accessible for mosquitoes and flying insects to enter which they also didn't place a sticker over the top where the customer puts their straw like most restaurants do...
They forgot some of our food, so we had to wait, but they got it all right. We also got extra frostys. ?
The staff was so friendly!! They all made sure we had everything we needed! They even came to our table to see if we needed anything! I was very impressed. You usually don't get service like this at fast food.
Great service from drive thru to pick up window. Baked potatoes are an extremely good option. The grilled chicken sandwich & the double burgers are very tasty. Both the chocolate chip & the sugar cookies are wonderful. This Wendy's does a great job !
The maple chicken bacon croissant is terrific. Staff very friendly. Love my Wendys!

Terrible terrible service! This Wendy’s sucks customer service and food is never fresh, you ask for your food fresh still gonna receive it how ever long ago they made it! Nasty attitude and all! I’ve had the worst luck with them. Save your time and go somewhere else!
Very nice place! Always get my order right. There's the sweetest manager in the world there name Joe .. He's absolutely the best! Worth a visit!
I am here atleast 3 times a week. On this visit the manager took my order. I understand it was his first day back after a long while. He did not great me or say hello. He was rule and short with me. He did not know how to use the cash register and had to call someone over to help. As I stared I am here 3 times week and the staff knows be by name (Chuck). But the manager needs to learning from his staff how to be a people person. Thus is the store in front of Lowes in Lakeland
Mrs. Alice is amazing! Best Customer service ever. I get a little disappointed when I hear the drive thru attendants voice and it's not her. That shows the impact she has on our experiences with this Wendy's.
